I’ve never left a review before but I really wanted to share my experience in hopes someone else can benefit the way I did.
Long story short-
I had what I assumed was a case so I called a law firm that I’d seen on billboards who represented injury victims. After I explained to them in great detail my situation they told me they couldn’t help me and hung up. Reading between the lines, my case wasn’t worth it. Months later my dad heard about Johnston Law/El Abogado Miguel. I didn’t feel like recounting my situation to another lawyer who would turn us away but my dad made an appointment to go in anyway. Brent was a friendly guy, he listened empathetically and reassured us that the hospital bills I was swimming in were not my responsibility to pay. He worked with us for over a year and just like that my hospitals bills were taken care of. My entire experience with Johnston law was nothing but great. Robyn Dixon was the best decision I made when it came to my accident attorney. From the moment I reached out to her from the hospital bed to the moment of claim agreement. She never backed down from the other insurance adjusters low ball offers and fought very hard to get the money I deserved on everything possible. She got me 3 times the amount I was even thinking I would. She stayed in constant contact and updates throughout this almost 18 month process. Yes that seems like some time but there was also 8 other cars involved in this accident of which I was the first car hit being rear ended by not 1 but 2 vehicles at the same time. I was in contract to purchase a home and the inspection yielded the discovery of active termites. I followed up with pest and structural inspections to get estimates for repairs. The repairs exceeded the $1500 threshold that provides an option for the seller to withdraw and receive earnest money back if they should choose.
After deciding to cancel the contract, the seller's agent refused to acknowledge the cancellation claiming that I "obtained these estimates fraudulently." She also suggested that earnest money should not be returned to me and proceeded to slander myself and my agent. Unable to resolve this dispute I decided to hire Shaun to enforce the real estate contract as written.
Shaun immediately reviewed all the pertinent details and provided me with the confidence need to resolve this dispute quickly. He began the intervention with the seller's agent providing the facts of the situation and the contract itself. After 24 hours after speaking with the seller's agent, the entire concern was dropped from their side, the cancellation had been accepted and earnest money scheduled to return.
Shaun Cusack's sense of urgency, attention to detail, and application of the law are unmatched. I would recommend him every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I needed a lawyer to represent me in a case of a frivolous CPO brought against me. I had already engaged the representation of one of the "hot shot" lawyers on a well known firm who after charging me double the normal rate, was pressuring me to accept the CPO. Mr. Goff responded to my request for a lawyer. Although he was ultimately unable to take my case he spent almost an hour on the phone with me and gave me some helpful pointers with regard to my case. Corey recently did a property settlement for me. I had been married for 25 years. Therefore, the settlement was complicated. After an injury and being pressured and pushed around by the insurance company I was introduced to mr reid by a friend. Immediately my stress levels dropped. Brody took charge and did everything he said he was going to when he said he was going to.
No one wants to suffer with an injury and ill live with mine my entire life but I wouldn't have the comfort and medical carafe if it were not for Brody and his team. Sarah went above and beyond on my intense high conflict child support and custody case. She explained things thoroughly without making me feel silly about being so stressed and worried. Mr. Brown was referred to my family through a friend. My mother had just been in a near fatal collision with a tractor trailer. She was fortunate to have survived.
Her recovery is still ongoing 2 years after the accident. With that said, Mr. Brown was wonderful. He was very compassionate and attentive to our family and mother's health and financial concerns. I contacted the office to discuss a real estate transaction. Mr. Tamburino was extremely patient dealing with me, as this was my first home purchase. Kinda like what you see in the movies and television shows. That famous phrase "Best Damn Lawyer In Town!!" fits Patrick perfectly I would say. About three years ago I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that almost cost me my life because of a reckless driver. When I went to see Pat for the first time, he came across as a very friendly and pleasant individual who made the atmosphere of the meeting very calming and laid back. During the meeting Pat was very informative and attentive to all the facts and information that I had with me at the time. The thing that I really liked about Pat was that he had a "no-bullshit" attitude and was straight to the point with his honesty as to how the case would go if he were to represent me, but the thing that sold me on his skill as a lawyer was his concern for me and my health first and foremost. His instruction was very simple; get myself back to good health, follow the medical treatment that I would have to go through and last but not least have patience's. As Pat would explain it to me, a case like mine would take several years to come to a resolution but his biggest concern was that we didn't overlook or miss any injuries that could come up during my healing process.
It is three years later and my medical treatment is still ongoing. Patrick is doing a fantastic job of putting this case together and is on top of everything. Pat and I have a relationship that is by definition a very relaxing and informal arrangement where we can both speak freely to one another, no holds barred. There is one thing that I have to put out there. Pat is a very busy individual that seems to have a large client base so don't be surprised that when you need to get in touch with him he doesn't respond in a timely fashion. As I said, Pat is so on top of his game and great to converse with. Just keep in mind, when he says "have patience's", take that advice to heart and it will go a long way if you should ever need his service. Just like I said "Best Damn Lawyer In Town!!".
