Leaving St. Thomas More Church in Chapel Hill I was unaware of the posted speed. I received a citation, was to appear in court two months later. I was unable to attend, I live Cape Cod Massachusetts. The citation caught up to me two years later, on the renewal of my Massachusetts driving license... I contacted Attorney Goldston. He returned my email promptly and reassured me not to worry. Thomas heard out my case and diligently worked so hard to make sure I was awarded a fair case which I was. This process took 8 months and Thomas emailed me, called me, and made sure I was okay along with keeping me updated with my case. He didn’t sell me a dream but was confident that he could take on my case and that he did! Anytime I emailed him he got back with me within the hour. If he was in court and couldn’t talk he got his assistant, Raheema (who was amazing herself) to contact me immediately. This whole process was not easy to go through cause of the injury I encountered but I am very pleased with the results.

I would like to share the experience that I had after doing a Google search for Workman's Compensation Lawyers in Arlington, VA. There were many attorneys listed all over Northern Virginia and even into Richmond, VA. After researching websites and reviews of several attorneys, Charles O'Donnell was the attorney that impressed me the most. I have multiple existing Workman's Compensation against Amazon Logistics which I have been handling by myself primarily because when I made calls to attorneys 3-4 months ago for help, not one would give any assistance. Their legal assistants listened but at the end of the day, my case was a little too complicated or they just did not believe thay would prevail if they had taken my case.
I believe most attorneys will give a free consutation, but I truely got much more. In the end, my phone conversation with Mr. O'Donnell lasted one hour and six minutes. Mr. O'Donnell is a great listener and was very thorough in understanding all the complexities of four different accident events that were on record with Virginia Workmans Compensation Commission. Even more important was the information that he shared that related to my accidents that affected both knees. Mr. O'Donnell maybe could have taken my case (?) but declined as I already had a working settlement on
the table that I had negotiated but had second thoughts about.
From my experience today talking with Mr. O'Donnell, I would highly recommend that you give him a call if you have a need for an attorney in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area. I like people that forget about themselves and think well about their clients. That person is Charles O'Donnell and I truely believe he will represent your interests as good as any attorney in our area.

The accident that I had was horrible and it changes my life completely. I was here in Virginia alone with no family members. When Mr. O'Donnell and his staff member came to see me in the hospital I was able to see how they work and that they care about their clients. I suffered a knee injury in a work accident in early 2021. It led to ACL and meniscus replacement surgery which kept me out of work for over eight months. WOW, Nice guy enjoyed working with Reid and his staff. I hired Reid in 2020 to take care of my WC case for rotator cuff surgery. I had both shoulders operated on in 2020 the right one in January and left one in June and on December 30th the case went to mediation and was closed. I contacted and hired Mr. Acree based upon the referral of another attorney who couldn't take my case due to a conflict of interest. Want/Need a no nonsense lawyer Grady Martin is for you-at first I was not sure how much I liked him as he is a GET TO THE POINT type person-However the longer I was with him the more I realized that this was me being dumb Grady's approach was actually the best for anyone's case! It was me trying to joke & kid around that was the problem !! ALL GRADY DOES IS TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.He will tell you in no uncertain terms what is going on & what is BEST for you & YOUR case he truly is not the golf playing or I can not be reached till who knows when type-I would truthfully say EVERY time I had a question/problem that I had Grady's ear and attention.Never a problem with a callback if he was in court or something promptly I was in touch as soon as he had time NOT NEXT WEEK !!! He was my lawyer a long time as my L&I case lasted 9 years not because of Mr.Martin but the Bozo doctors the state has you deal with ,the states taking their time and truly just because it is the "government" I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grady Martin and no I am NOT related to him-he is good simple as that.Thank you Grady for getting me my pension and for teaching me that there is a time to joke but all his time is time you are using and he wants it to be used wisely.

I worked with Segar and Sciortino a couple of times over the last ten years. I needed their help again when I had a bad fall at work that changed my life forever. It was a very serious injury and I needed help with Workers comp and SSDI. I had met with Stephen Segar for a consultation. He was very professional and very kind. He made me feel comfortable from the first moment I met with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me to all of the answers that I needed. I worked with Stephen for a few months until the doctors determined that my injuries were too severe to return to work.
That’s when Stephen assigned Mark Hayden to start working on an SSDI case for me. I had a consultation with Mark in regards to SSDI and again I felt one hundred percent comfortable with Mark after he explained the SSDI process. I can honestly say that Mark did an outstanding job! I loved working with him because he doesn’t beat around the bush. It’s always a straight line when he is explaining things to you. I loved that! On February 6, 2014 I didn’t know what I was going to do about being denied surgery due to a work injury. When your child is hurt in an accident you don't know what to do.. Phones are ringing, insurance companies calling, and all you want to do is take care of your child and get them the care that they need. I didn't need to worry about how I was going to pay for all of this, and answer a million questions when I didn't even have all the answers yet myself. Mr Marzzacco quickly put me at ease, stopped all the phone calls and let me take care of my daughter! He handled everything but always kept me updated on her case and how we needed to proceed. I really don't know where to begin so I might as well start before I met Jeff. I was constantly worrying about my job and all their rules and tricks regarding my workman's comp. I was in fear everyday not knowing what was going to happen on top of the fact I am truly hurt and in pain. I really did not know which way to turn or who to trust. I decided to Google workman's comp lawyers. There were hundreds listed but only one stood out to me " Jeffrey Gross". I guess you wonder why he stood out. It was his picture that's all I had to go by and my instinct. What I saw in his picture was a look of Integrity, Determination and Sincerity. My perception was right on target. First impressions are everlasting. When I called his firm I left a message and received a call back within 10 minutes from Jeff himself. When I met with Jeff in person I saw the integrity and sincerity to help me. He said " Bruce don't worry about anything, I treat my clients like family".
Jeff scheduled me to see the best specialist and doctors, transportation anything I needed regarding my situation. I required surgery and my insurance company was giving me a problem and Jeff called the doctor and said make it happen and it happened. He removed all the fear and anxiety that I had been experiencing throughout my ordeal.
What really got me was when I had a situation and Jeff was out of the country on vacation. I texted him not only did he texted me back he called me while he was on vacation with his family. Remember when I mentioned Jeff said don't worry I treat my clients like family. In the beginning I thought that was just a phrase he used. After that and other numerous situations and there were many I knew it was not just a phrase. He truly took all of the worries away just like he said he would. In my book Jeff is family he looked out for my best interest all along the way even when I asked his advice outside of my situation. At the end of the day everybody's situation is different but what it all comes down to is having someone in your corner that is on your side giving you their all (and notice I said "All" not just a percent). That's what Jeff gave his all. It may sound like I am promoting Jeff and I am because the experience I had was way out of the norm and worth the acknowledgement. He touched my heart and will never be forgotten and alway appreciated. JEFF YOU ARE THE MAN!

Best lawyer, had a separate case with another attorney, and Jeff Gross is night and day from that other attorney. He literally works 24/7 for you, responds quickly to any text, email, phone call. He's on top of everything. When we started the case he already had everything planned out i.e. go to this person, this person, etc. All well known and highly respected doctors, Harvard educated doctors and other people who recommends. Seems like all worker comp. attorneys charge 20% if they win, he really puts more then 110% in the case. He treats you like family. Not a single complaint. I am in York, he is in Philadelphia, and he will drive the 4 hour round trip for my case which isn't an easy case to prove, but based on the other reviews I am not concerned, in addition to speaking with him I am very confident in the results. If anyone needs a workers comp. attorney I'd go with him. I am a current client, I have nothing to gain by posting this, but I want people who need workers comp to know there is an absolutely excellent lawyer here in Jeff Gross to represent you hands down the best, this is based off 2 workers comp cases in less then a year. He is amazing, treats you like family, works 24/7 for you, is on top of everything and doesn't put up with anything from the other side. He will fight for you until the end to make sure you get everything you are entitled to and let you know everything you are entitled to. I met Jeff in July of 2015. I had been in a serious work accident and through one surgery when we met. My job and the insurance company were pressuring me to return to work, even though I was in no shape to do so. Jeff never allowed that to happen.
From the minute I walked into Jeff's office, he told me not to worry about a thing. He said he would handle everything and not to worry. Now, I have never been a big fan of attorneys, so I had very little faith that Jeff would make good on the promises he made. He came through on EVERY SINGLE ONE!! Jeff returned every call I made to him, no matter the time of day or even the day of the week. He was always there for me and always honest. I know I was not the easiest client to deal with, but Jeff always handle me with respect and professionalism.
