I knew I had a legit disability due to years upon years of unsuccessful medical surgeries and unsuccessful work attempts. I came to Trent when I found out that workmans comp wasn't going to do the surgeries I needed done from the injuries I got at work. I don’t quite know where to start or how to thank Trent McAluffe enough, for all the help that he has given to me and my family over the past years. I was injured on the job in 2006. I have had multiple surgeries since then. Without his help I would not have the intervention of the doctors I have now. I have come to know that every doctor has his own option about treatment, and they do not always agree with one another. I have come to realize that the third party administrator‘s (or the employers insurance company) works for the employer and protects there interests only. The States workers comp laws and regulations, are at best, the most difficult and the most unreasonable laws to navigate through. Without Mr. McAluffe’s attention to detail and his outstanding Knowledge of these laws I would not be where I am today. He honestly cares about his clients and their families and wants the best for them. At all times he is prompt in returning my phone calls and can answer any concerns and or questions I may have. It boils down to this folks you need competent counsel to get through this mess that is workers comp, give him a call you won’t be sorry.

Attorney Pazzaglia represented me in an injury matter. The insurance adjuster and attorney had denied any liability resulting from my injury. At this point, I sought Dave's help. Dave explained to me how the process works in Connecticut and how insurance companies and defense lawyers handle these matters. Dave kept me informed and updated throughout the long process. Attorney Pazzaglia eventually pushed forward for a trial with the claim which was denied all along. Right before trial, he was able to secure a favorable settlement for a substantial sum. I was in a car accident when I was pregnant with my third child. I was rear-ended in my Lexus ES300 by a Dodge Ram truck. Not at a high speed, but enough to herniate discs in my cervical and lumbar spine. The person who hit me only had $10,000 in coverage, which was quickly exhausted with medical bills. The first attorney I hired worked with the other driver's insurance company to get me the maximum of their policy, then we went to my insurance company for the $10,000 in coverage that I had for uninsured/underinsured motorist. That first attorney rarely returned phone calls and, after about six months after the claim was filed with my insurance company, urged me to settle for under $2,000, which didn't seem right to me. I was told about Cameron Brumbelow through a mutual acquaintance and decided to switch attorneys. Once Mr. Brumbelow took my case things proceeded very quickly. He routinely returned phone calls within a few hours, and always returned them within a 24-hour period. In about 2-3 months he had my insurance company agreeing to pay the full amount ($10,000) of my uninsured motorist policy. I highly recommend Mr. Brumbelow to anyone looking for an attorney who cares about his clients and is willing to fight for their rights.

I spoke with him about laws pertaining to workman comp. and my rights on getting 2nd opinions. Whether a job can place me on comp. due to Dr. Restrictions after still doing the same job for 9 months. He was very friendly and helpful in the many steps I could take.. There was no pressure to hire him during the consultation and tells you up front his charges if you do. I have been incredibly impressed with Ruth Harvey as my attorney in a Worker's Compensation case. I initially approached Ruth because my employer's insurance company stopped paying for my medication without notifying me. Ruth helped me dive right into his problem. She aggressively pursued the insurance company for answers (which I was not given after inquiring). Ruth worked with my doctor and constantly kept me informed. The insurance company eventually was ordered by a judge to pay for my medical treatment as well as issue me a large check. Ruth did not charge me for her extensive services (which lasted over a year), instead billing the insurance company. Even after the judge's ruling, Ruth has been in contact with me and has even spoke on my behalf voluntarily with smaller issues that have arose with the pharmacy I am using. Moved from another state with about 2 years under our belt for our hearing date and was disappointed to learn our original Attorney didn't handle cases in Tucson, only Phoenix. I was reffered To Meghan Miller and was bit nervous about the change but put my faith in my Lawyers referral. Everything went so smooth I was scared I would be in for a disappointing decision. My hearing date arrived and Meghan arrived early for the pre-hearing meeting, answering any questions and preparing me for what the Judge may ask. I first discovered Tamar when I was a passenger in a car that was involved in an accident. She was very thorough, kind, understanding and effective. That was about 16 years ago I think. I have only good things to say about Eric Bigley. He made helpful suggestions regarding filing a long term disability claim with my company, and was quick to return phone calls when I had follow up questions.
