I can’t recommend Diedre enough. A friend suggested her to help me with a complex multi-car crash. Diedre is everything I was looking for in a lawyer. She’s very thourough, works hard on your behalf, tells it like it is, and is incredibly honest. Working together Diedre and I agreed it doesn’t make sense for me to hire her in my specific situation, but she’s offered to continue to help answer questions and go over paperwork as I need it. It’s very refreshing to work with a lawyer who’s primary goal really is to help people.

First I must say that if you need a workers comp attorney, Jeffrey Friedman is the best you’ll ever find. I thought my case would be difficult being that I was injured in the state of Florida, then hired a prior attorney who later said that they could not do anything else for me. My worker’s comp checks stopped and left me unable to pay any bills and I remained injured. Due to losing everything, I had to move back to my birth state of Hawaii. I later found Attorney Jeffrey Friedman, a Florida Worker’s Comp Attorney, on Avvo, a site where you can find an attorney. He was able to take my case due to I got hurt on my job in Florida. He made it so simple for me to communicate via email, phone call or text. He and his staff was always available and not put on hold. He has exceptional experiences on Worker’s Compensation Claims. He’s has lots of experience & knowledge on both sides. As a worker’s comp insurance adjustor, then later serving injured employees with their lost wages and medical care. Mr. Friedman handled my workers compensation cases during the past five years. He represented me against Publix and always had my best interest at heart. He was there to handle things for me when I was incapable to make sense of everything. He went over and above to help me after my husband died in matters unrelated to my workers comp case, and I trust Mr. Friedman beyond measure. He dealt with Social Security, and all the red tape. I now receive disability pmts each month and he is currently is appealing my date of disability. You will not find anyone who sincerely is invested personally in their client. I had a fabulous experience with this law firm although. Broken teeth, damaged cartilage in knee when a car turned right on red hit me. I somersaulted over the car into oncoming traffic landing hard on my knee. Gregg took my case and exceeded my expectations. His two paralegals Lydia and Denell were so kind and competent. After receiving a work related injury, the third party administrator stopped paying for the injury stating it was no longer covered. This attorney handled my case perfectly. She filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for me which included all my debts. She also explained the process to me and attended the court hearing with me at her side. I received my bankruptcy discharge very quickly. Pauline Chernick also charges most reasonable attorney fees and accepted a payment plan. She also spoke to me on the phone on multiple occasions and is just quite nice and professional.

I hired Ms.Nguyen on December 16, 2009 to represent my W.C case. As soon as she was on board, she got in touch with the defense attorney and W.C insurance to have my TTD payment resumed at the correct rate. She did it within weeks, which the previous attorney failed to do. Under six years of Ms.Nguyen representation of my W.C case, she helped me get all the treatments I needed for my industrial injuries and processed all legal procedures properly. When I had questions, she was there to answer them. She did a wonderful job. As a result of her great work, I've gotten a good settlement; I'm very satisfied with her work. I can't thank Geraldine Allegra enough for battling the SSA through a pandemic to finally get me approved for SSDI. I was injured after being rear ended by a drunk driver and had no income while Geraldine fought tirelessly for me. Let me start by saying I never had or expected to have a case or law firm this long in my life.
My journey started in 2006 with Attorney Bernie Poliner of Poliner and Poliner in Middletown, Connecticut. Bernie had mentioned to me that he had been thinking of retiring and negotiating with the Law Firm of Leighton, Katz and Drapeau in Vernon, Connecticut, to take over his case load. As it turns out Bernie had a severe fall, hit his head and within days had passed away. Bernie’s Legal Secretary, Lorrie Cohen was making the move to the firm of Leighton, Katz and Drapeau. Lorrie has been a God-send to me because I have called her numerous times where she has been a sounding board for me, answered questions, listened to me with concerns and always there to help in any way she could.
It was an easy transition to Attorney Drapeau’s firm because I knew Lorrie knew my case inside out that was very comforting to me. For the next 10 (ten) years, Lorrie was my “go to” person, she was like a sister to me.
Attorney Drapeau, I personally believe is the best Workmen’s Comp attorney could have ever had. H was always on top of my case to answer questions and concerns thoroughly. I was amazed at what “A Cool Cat” he was always calm and talked to you until you understood, I never walked away from him either on the phone or in person scratching my head saying “what was he talking about?”

I found Attourney Delia through an online search, initially I was intrigued by his credentials in the type of law I was needing assistance with. When I had my accident at work a friend of mind recommended Atty. Truppa just to consult with for some information. It was a bad time in my life I was in pain out of work..etc. She was so understanding of my situation like she really wanted to help. She told me that she thought I had a valid claim so I decided to ask her to represent me.
There was months of Doctors appointments, physical therapy and so on..This attorney was there every step of the way. I'd call the office with a question and was always received so professionally. After I contacted her she told me just what I needed to do, the realtors and banks don't inform you of much, you really need a lawyer, trust me. If I said all of the positive things I'd like to say about Bob Dufour, I'm afraid I'd crash this website. He handled my disability appeal and even though I had a good case, he ran into every roadblock imaginable. Any other attorney would have folded after the first hearing, but not this one! He stood up and fought for me like his entire practice depended on it. I am beyond impressed at the work he put into my case and the intelligence behind his strategy. I was injured on the job and barely could walk and was offered a very low settlement by a company’s insurance rep. I felt it was unreasonable so I looked in the yellow pages under K because my last name began with a K. I saw John P. Kolb’s name and decided I was just going for a consultation. I had an issue that involved a work-related injury that was not being taken care of properly. This was very disturbing as I needed to get my health checked but I also needed a job and to be treated fairly.
I needed to seek out a lawyer and I did a little search on the internet and found Barbaslaw.com and the first lawyer I was referred to was Atty. Hovsepian, which was heaven sent. He was very professional right at the start and all the way through the whole ordeal. I had never been through any court proceeding before; therefore, I was naturally very nervous.
However, Atty. Hovsepian and his staff treated me with respect, courteous, dignity, and always made me feel like a person instead of just another client of his. I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. She was a total LIFE SAVER.
I was in a car accident and after it I was suffering from terrible migraines and a lot of other pain. The insurance for the person who hit me kept calling day after day to talk to me after the accident. I was barely sleeping and they kept calling me when I was finally resting. I decided I needed someone else to deal with all of this, as I could not, and that is when I hired Brandi. Again, I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. The calls stopped and she was on the case. Brandi and her staff kept me apprised at every step and I was allowed to do some healing.
