Mr. Braddock handled my divorce and was able to fend off a very greedy spouse. He was able to settle the custody and a reasonable split of our property. He protected my business from being robbed by a gold-digger. She can have the house but going after my main source of income was out of the question. I wasn't about to give her half of my business when she didn't do anything to help it grow. I am pleased with the outcome and his fees were very reasonable considering how much was at stake. If I get married again, Mr. Braddock will be writing the prenuptial before she gets a ring.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and had to be flown by helicopter to Jackson, MS. Mr. Braddock came and visited me during my stay in the hospital. He never once pressured me to sign anything. He helped calm my family down and prayed for me during that time. I was out of work for 3 months and Mr. Braddock was able to help me get the maximum amount of insurance coverage available that I never knew was available. I will always refer business to Mr. Braddock for helping me when I was at my lowest point!

Mr. Welch took a case for me that seemed completely hopeless. I had a 2 year history of struggling with a particular association, barely able to make contact and results were rare. Stuart stepped in, got his foot in the door, wouldn't back down and within a month had the entire case resolved. Not only was I impressed that he wrapped up in a month what took me 2 years, but while he did, he kept me completely informed of his every move along with every response he got. He is friendly, easy to talk to and knows his stuff. If I ever have another legal matter like this, I want Stuart on the case!!

I was referred to Bill by another attorney that my brother in law was using at the time while being in Northern California and dealing with a out of state attorney that i fired. When Bill picked up the pieces he moved swiftly and communicated with me every step of the way if i had questions he would answer them in a timely manner. I was in a car accident and had to have two surgerys and had lots of questions. Within a week i had a Dr appointment and a check in the mail to pay for it. Before you know it my case was won! Very much the professional, Attorney Cruz, put me at ease the moment I walked into his office. As most people feel when they turn to an attorney to perform a task that we cannot do ourselves, I was completely defeated and had no idea of the types of documentation needed. I had a work injury that I needed to get some muscle to help as workman's comp. provider was not forthcoming on their obligations: treatment or financial compensation. They were not operating within the set guidelines per the Colorado Worker's Compensation Act, Mr. Elliott had to intervene to help me in this difficult time. I was very happy with Mark as my DUI/DWAI lawyer he was the third lawyer I contacted and right from the get go I felt comfortable with him. He was very straight forward and knowledgeable about the law/regulations and practices of the court and DMW. He described every step we would take and what the possible outcomes would be. My outcome was a reduction to a DWAI and no other penalties from the DMV.

"I am an experienced paramedic, with awards and decorations, with over 20 years of experience. Recently I was terminated from my empowerment through no fault of my own. I had applied for unemployment compensation and was denied. I reached out to Attorney Lasko . After a through and extensive consultation with Attorney Lasko, where he was able to analyze my termination and give me a firm understanding of what my legal rights were as to wrongful termination and unemployment benefits, I retained Attorney Lasko. Attorney Lasko was able to put together an highly effective letter that was sent to my former employer which resulted in my re-employment and the winning of unemployment benefits in the appeal process that covering unemployment benefits for the time I was out of work.. I hired Mr. Hernandez to represent me on a Simple Assault case in Middlesex County . Mr. Judkins assisted me in winning a case in 6 months where a previous attorney that had had my case for over 2 years had failed and refused to carry on any further. Michelle can be a pitbull...don't let her cute looks fool you. She knows the Law and enforces it for her clients. After I was on Comp for a year, I hired her, because I was getting ALL kinds of weird problems from my employers. I was an RN that was VERY valuable to the hospital, pre-injury, but after I injured myself, picking a patient off the floor and couldn't perform my same job, b/c I ended up having back surgery. Now, the story changed....I was as worthless to my employer, as much as I had been valuable to them in the past. I was totally exhausted from fighting with them, when Michelle came to my rescue. After hiring her, all I heard was how lucky I was to have her, and how knowledgable she is about Worker's comp. I had to experience her, first hand, to be amazed at how profficient she is. She was ALWAYS professional, dedicated, responsive to my needs and had my best interest at heart. There isn't anything that I could say negative about her. I also developed some serious other health problems during this time, and really did not have the energy to fight with my employer for every little thing. I had been Involved in a personal injury case that had drug out for about 2 years. I was supposedly being "represented " by a lawyer hired by Liberty Mutual. This other lawyer gave me release to sign that would entitle me to $548 and Liberty Mutual would gain $24,452.
I knew something wasn't right and I started to call a few lawyers to see if they could give me advice or help me determine what to do. After contacting two other lawyers that wouldn't even look at my documents, I came accross Mr. Lavoie.
Ben took the time first to listen, then read through my documents. He eased my anxieties and lowered my stress levels instantly. He assured me he would do absolutely everything he could do for me. I quickly found my self doing something I thought I would never do...."Trust a Lawyer!" Within a few short weeks, he settled my case for $5400, and even lowered his fees so I received even more money in my pocket.

Our case was a complex Workers Compensation case, which was initially filed in the state of Indiana, since my husband worked for an over the road trucking company based out of Indiana. We reside in Minnesota and the injury occured in Colorado. From what I had read, the case could be transferred to Minnesota. I called several attorneys and Ben Lavoie was the only one who took the time to look at the case and have it filed in Minnesota for us. From that point on, we never felt like we were alone in the complex, drawnout Workers Compensation system. My husband's case took several years to finalize and yet Ben never got discouraged or let us get discouraged. He helped us obtain a very fair settlement for both future lost wages and future medical expenses. I have recommended Ben to a few people already and would do so for anyone in need of an attorney within Ben's practice areas. Joan was able to effectively communicate the positions of both parties to the point that a settlement was reached. My experience with Ms Hebert was heavenly, She has a "take no crap" demeanor when getting you what you need. I was having trouble getting a rental car after my wreck and spent hours going in circles.
