Fair Resolution Focused - this seems obvious, right? It's not. Bob is a unique attorney in that he looks at both sides and attempts to find a sustainable resolution. Brian Dosch was my appointed public defender and I could not have asked for a better attorney. I hired Timothy Mistrioty for my daughter who received 4 tickets in Walworth, Wisconsin . I was horrified at the fact that one of the tickets was a DUI. My daughter only 23, I knew this could ruin her life. Not that she didn't create the problem herself however I have always believed people deserve a second chance. I have little faith in attorneys as most seem to just line their pockets with your money ! I could not ask for a more reasonable contract/payment for what he was about to do (however I thought it was going to be a waste of hard earned money at the time we hired him...Boy was I wrong) ! I couldn't have been any more satisfied with the outcome. He managed to get 2 tickets dismissed and the DUI amended down to Reckless driving. A paraphernalia charge amended to a disorderly conduct. Honestly how could anyone expect better than that outcome ! My daughter and I are so THANKFUL for a real attorney who fought for her and possibly changed what could have been a black cloud forever. The moment that he gave us the outcome a huge burden was lifted and a heartbreak mended !! Thank you Timothy Mistrioty for your true dedication and concern for my daughter's future ! If anyone needs legal counsel, Jon Winemiller and Vanessa Gullufsen are the people to see. We live a fair distance from Seattle, and it was worth the long drive in sleet and snow to see them. Attorney McQuillan did Probate work as I was the Trustee for my mother.
He is very well-versed and no greedy family member, proved to be too much for him.
He also advised me on a Workers Comp issue, and it was "time sensitive."

Erin is a rock star! She helped us with our traffic cases and was our advocate with the MVA. She's like a firecracker - small, but packs a big punch! And don't let her age fool you - she knows her stuff when it comes to traffic cases or anything with the MVA. Just be sure to call her FIRST before you do anything with the court or MVA (we learned the hard way!). Erin was always responsive and talked to you in a way where you could understand the law. I was in a car accident a few years ago. The Police report came back & said both drivers claimed to have the right of way. This was unacceptable on my end because the other driver ran the stop light and he was negligent. Mike took the case head on and pushed forward for decision in my favor.
