Well it finally happened to me on having a wreck in Houston. Inevitably, I got plowed into by a tow truck who ran a red light. Brad Leigh was referred to me by a friend on being a great auto accident injury lawyer. I still interviewed a couple of other law offices as well but Mr. Leigh talked to me personally and I felt the most comfortable going with his firm. It was easy on making my doctor appointments I needed for my recovery. His staff was also available to help guide me with my property claim as well. They kept in touch with me on everything through the whole process and this firm definitely gave me personalized attention as I needed when I had questions. I was involved in an accident in 2021 in which another vehicle ran the stop light and crashed into me. The result was injury to back that resulted in therapy. I contacted Mr. Thompson and After talking with him, I retained him to handle my case. For two years he worked diligently with this case, never tiring or giving up even when I felt like it. OUTSTANDING! is the One word that sums up working with Attorney Joseph Troy and the Habush, Habush and Rottier office in Appleton WI. My personal injury case involved a man in a hurry backing out of his driveway right in front of me as I’m riding on my bike. Needless to say this was a complicated case that involved two insurance companies, Medicare, and other parties. Joe and his team took care of every detail and were always available when needed. He was able to get an arbitration award 100 percent in my favor (defendant found to be completely liable). The defense then appealed the decision. Thereafter, he was able to settle the case. We highly, highly recommend Coluccio Law! My husband was rear-ended by an "underinsured" motorist. Kevin and his wonderful assistant Wanda helped us through the process of not only getting the medical bills paid, but receiving the highest possible settlement. I originally went searching for a lawyer that would bring a voice to my wife's pain from her accident. A voice to my anger having to take off of work to talk to the manager of Enterprise because the insurance company pulled out of their agreement for our car rental. Or the piling medical bills we began to be faced with on top of our income. I found a video bio on Anthony Skemp whom among being a lawyer was a college coach on the side. His confidence and dedication is what suggested to me a man of morals and conviction. Our journey with Anthony took more than months and the only thing I can say is you get so much more than a lawyer with Tony. Hes truly educated but also passionate of the law. Many times myself and Tony clashed over principles and philosophies however each time Anthony took the time to break down how the law actually works something as someone outside the law would not understand like myself. Honestly the man is brilliant and the fact that hes actually accessible and not some corporate attorney in New York is truly a blessing for common citizens such as myself and my wife. Byron got my first offense DUI closed and essentially all I had to do was pay a $500 fine no other punishments. And I didn’t even have to show up in person to court. The judge was super easy on me because Byron set me up to have all the requirement finished prior to the hearing.
Overall an amazing experience, Bryon was extremely helpful, friendly and always available over the phone.

Byron went above and beyond my expectations. This was my very first time dealing with a criminal case and as such knew absolutely nothing. The PD’s office did the least possible to explain or help us understand the ins and outs regarding my nephews charges/case. Byron spent over an hour on a Friday night explaining things in detail and making sure I understood what he was explaining. Although Byron was unable to directly represent us in this case, he directed me to a very good known lawyer for further assistance.
This dude is legit hilarious and tells you stories to empathize as well as to help you understand what he is explaining. As we know all the legal mumbo jumbo can get confusing without the proper education.
I have no doubt Byron would have been an amazing person to represent us. Unfortunately, we reached out a bit too late.

I was injured on a charity motorcycle ride. I was severely injured. I underwent multiple surgeries. I was close to death many times. I was on life support. I lived in the hospital and a rehab facility for awhile. I could barely move. I had multiple surgeries. After the first few surgeries I had multiple boxes of multiple reams of paper from the medical records of this event. I tried to handle my claim myself because the total limit amounts were far less then my damages. The insurance companies were trying to get over on me. It took weeks to summon enough energy to call and deal with the insurance people and the claim process. After getting the run around from the insurance companies I had thoroughly researched the top lawyers in Oregon. I contacted most of these super lawyers and lawyers with prestigious accolades who are considered the best. For the most part they treated my situation as just another case. First and foremost I want to just let everyone know that this man/ lawyer is a gift from God and I’m not just saying that he truly is. I had so much going on at one point in my life I had cases everywhere and he took on my case where I was facing time behind bars and let me tell you I could always get in touch with him it was never a phone call that he did not pick up and he is not a lawyer that once he’s paid he ignores you, he’s sharp, smart has a good working relationship with prosecutors. I could go on and on about what an outstanding law firm this is and they never make you feel like you’re a bad person , even if you are guilty of what you’ve been charged. Randy always sees the bright side of things if you’re going through a case that’s tough Ferguson and Ferguson is the law firm to choose. I would recommend Ferguson and Ferguson 1000% especially if you’ve been charged with a crime that could get you a felony and time behind bars . They do exactly what you ask and I was looking at a class A or B felony and Randy got it reduced to a misdemeanor, no jail time and unsupervised probation. You can’t really name that many lawyers that can do that , but if you want a great outcome then it’s Ferguson and Ferguson who you want to go with. Sara was everything that I needed in an Attorney. I contacted her because the Insurance Company was pushing me to close a claim. I was having problems with my left side of my body, due to an automobile accident and the Dr.s could not locate the problem.
