Weston did an awesome job helping to sort out our property heirship since we had no wills. He provided the necessary affidavit of heirship and Tenncare release form required to establish a property deed for the inherited land. He also assisted with limited power of attorney needed so that I could represent the family. He promptly had all documents registered at the courthouse so we could move forward with a property listing. Weston explained everything involved with the process and was very helpful in guiding me along. I would definitely work with Weston again and he is highly recommended!

I reached out to Mr. Gantte in reference to getting an affidavit that shows my husband as property owner by heirship. The land went from my husband’s grandfather to my husband’s mother. However, neither of them had a will so there was nothing showing the lineage for my husband.
Mr. Gantte explained what he needed to start the process. Once received Mr. Gantte was expeditious in getting the affidavit registered and verified no bills owed to any nursing home.
Mr. Gantte has a good personality, is easy to work with and explains things so that it is easy to understand. I would definitely use him again.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

Jason is a great attorney who fights for you and doesn’t just take your money. Jason worked very hard on a case for me and it got transferred to another state. We Hired T Scott Jones to help with an incident that happened to my daughter that the results could have been very life changing and facing prison time. I was rear ended in a motor vehicle accident in December of 2021 and suffered a neck injury. I tried months of physical therapy and eventually connected with Joel Sturm and TUE. I can not even begin to describe the level of effort and concern they put into my case. Joel was present at doctors appointments, he constantly checked on me. The thing he said over and over was "Let's get it fixed, we can worry about other stuff later." The decision to eventually undergo surgery was left to me, and what I thought was best with the advice of the doctors. There was no talk of money and no pressure to settle the claim quickly. It eventually concluded in November of 2023. When it came time to take care of things Joel did an AMAZING job. I just stayed out of his way and let him use his expertise. When he called me to tell me what the settlement was, I didn't believe him. I thought he was pulling my leg. I made him repeat it three times. The job that Joel and TUE did was incredible. I wish the accident had not happened because of the pain and suffering that it caused. Even with physical rehab and surgery I am going to have some soreness and stiffness in my neck for the rest of my life, but because of the accident I met Joel and I am so grateful to him because he worked so hard to represent me and my interests. It was a blessing that I got connected with Joel and TUE.

I just want to thank Ciro & his best efforts on my case and I’m glad to say that I am very content, he went above and beyond for our motor vehicle collision. I got rear ended while driving to work by a non-US driver who was driving a budget rental car with their insurance. It was a weird situation as the non-US driver wasn’t speaking much English and just gave his rental insurance number. For days together, they did not contact me back or returned my calls. These rental insurance are difficult to deal with. A friend suggested to contact Michael Ely and the way Mr Ely handled my case has been exceptional. I felt very comfortable after Michael took charge of my case. The case went slow but Michael & I were very patient and he had everything under control. He regularly updated me and I was so glad. He was responsive to my emails and always looked at the best interest of his client.

As a small business owner, I had to take time off of work which was costly to my business. He was a true asset in giving advice on the situation and laid out the possible courses of action. I highly recommend Ramos and James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. The best part about them is that even though it was a somewhat difficult case, from the very beginning, they were able to get me a settlement that went a long way towards making me feel better about the time I lost from work and my family while recovering from my injury.

Attorney Jim and his wife, Attorney Julia, were a dynamic duo. I had been involved in a MVA case once before and the experience was less than ideal which made me worried and a bit hopeless about the case that I went to Jim for. From our first meeting, Jim explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and he as well as his paralegal Michael were always very responsive when I had questions both during and outside of our set meetings.
