David Mitchell is a total Class Act!
He has integrity, is extremely adept in this field, very detailed and trustworthy. When he says he's going to call back he actually calls back and in a reasonable amount of time.
He always had my file pulled up to discuss details and prior notes.
Sounds simple but no one else did it. Others kept me on the phone while guessing answers to my questions... in other words attorneysplaning.
I had very bad experiences with other attorneys obviously.
Not with David, he is straight up honest and direct in a very professional manner that earned my respect from the very beginning and till the present.
He fought for the most we could get and was very efficient. His office staff and partner are equally praised.
I wish their were more like him!

I did not deal directly with Brook Goff, but did with her firm. I had a couple of lawyers, and they didn't work out. The one that did was Tiffany Sabato. She was stellar! Called me with information, called if she needed more information, kept me up to date on what was going on. I live out of state, but my accident took place in CT. It was reassuring to know that someone was watching out for me.

I was hurt in a car accident and a friend told my wife and I to speak with their attorney, Evan Kaine. I have really good friends because Attorney Kaine was the right man for the job! At first, the insurance company tried to push us around, but my attorney, Evan Kaine, pushed them right back! We didn’t want to file a lawsuit, but since the insurance company was playing games, we followed the advice of our attorney and sued the other driver. Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK.
The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family.

Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. The attorney I used was Brett Kurland and he and his whole staff are just simply incredible. From the second, I made the phone call to the office to inquire about using their services. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough. I can’t express how important that is when you make a phone call and they call you back in two seconds. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with Berneese and Angie are the case managers, who take care of all the research information. What an experience it has been. I was rear-ended at high speed by a truck on the freeway. My car was smashed and both my wife and I were both hurt badly. Things only got worse when my own insurance company tried to delay my claim while they “investigated” what had happened.

I was in a terrifying accident. I was hit by a car while crossing the street in a cross walk. I was knocked into the air, and my head actually hit the car before I was thrown to the pavement, I was badly hurt, with injuries including a broken collar bone, a concussion and numerous abrasions. Emergency Medical Services took me to the emergency room and I had to spend the night in the hospital. It was a painful injury and it took time to recover.

Marc Breakstone provided more comfort and a peace of mind than I could have ever imagined. A little over a year ago, I was in a very serious taxi accident as a passenger- and almost 5 months pregnant. I was petrified for the health of my baby. I was completely overwhelmed with having to undergo a spinal fusion because my back was broken over several L sections. And I had an 11 month old at home that I could no longer take care of on my own. We had literally just bought a house 5 months before, and that accident literally caused my family's world to crumble. And if you are in a similar boat, you can relate- I have never felt so helpless and depressed, I needed to find a lawyer ASAP that I could trust with the well being and future security of my family. I was literally boggled of where to begin, as I have never been involved in a law suit before. And insurance contracts/ lingo/ etc was just so foreign to me. I found 4 lawyers total that I read reviews on from the internet OR was recommended by family friends. I found Marc on some Google search- and that made me a tad nervous because I am a little more "old school" than that. However, I called his office and after speaking to him directly ( which was literally about 5 min after I called, he returned my message )....I instantly felt at ease with him. There is something about his personality that is very direct, yet patient with explaining options/ the law/ advice. Marc was also willing to talk to my husband and a family friend who has legal background from another state trying to help me. So, I conservatively met with him and 3 other lawyers in person, and Marc was the only one I felt was both "down to earth" and at the same time extremely aggressive/passionate when it came to ensuring that my claim was heard properly by the parties concerned. We chose Marc to represent me, and I am SO HAPPY we did. Let me tell you this- If you want somebody that is approachable- choose Marc. If you want someone who will fight for you like he has known you for your whole life, choose Marc. And if you understand that you need someone who is that bit aggressive/confident in making his point, on your behalf, choose Marc. My husband felt that Marc would be a "lion in the ring " for us. Marc's executive assistant is a rock star. She reflects his standards of extreme professionalism with a streak of warmth. I could keep writing about all the positive experiences I had along the way with Marc, but I will sum it up this way. A very hormonal pregnant woman, with a baby at home, was hit by a taxi and had to undergo a 7 hour spinal fusion surgery, learn how to walk again, and deal with the pain of the accident/surgery thoughout her pregnancy while accepting the fact she could no longer lift her one year old at home, bathe him, clean up after him etc. ** I am writing this review about one year from the accident and post settlement. I am still so incredibly emotional about that night and everything that happened....But I am still a bit proud that during this complete disaster and at times, what I honestly thought was depression and a breakdown mentally, I was still able to see that Marc would fight for me. And he did. And he will for you. He is just so passionate about his job...and you will come to see glimpses of his personal life that you know this is just a good guy. I look at my daughter now and I thank god for my neuro team, my OB team, and my lawyer. While my doctors really provided such wonderful physical care...Marc was really there as a rock- I let put all my anxiety on his shoulders and he delivered back a secure future. He will forever be part of our family story now.

I had a consultation with George and let me tell you, my gut told me to hire him in that moment. Mr. J T Hagans was an absolute miracle in my life. I had gotten into a car accident not too long after my sister had passed away and then shortly after I was diagnosed with a heart condition. When a car hit me, I just went blank and I didn't know where or what to do. I just kept driving which was a wrongdoing on my part. However, not only was he emotionally supportive and understanding, but he was was professional and provided me with knowledge about the law and what I could possibly be facing in terms of fines and fees.
