It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp Injury that I sustained at my work place. Once I was introduced to his law firm and contacted Mr. Clancy he immediated setup a consultation meeting with me to go over the injury that occured on my job. He immediately started the ball rolling by instructing me on each step that I had to take to get my injury taken care of as soon as possible. He directed me to a doctor that would examine the injury and make sure I would get the proper treatment, to which surgery was needed to help correct the problem I was having. I was in a car accident in 2020 that left me with a back injury that I'd been, and continue to, suffer with daily. After a very low-ball contingent settlement offer from the guilty party's insurance company, I opted to seek legal counsel. I found this firm via a Yelp search, and was connected with Michelle Schill. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very communicative and helpful, even though my case wasn't a very large one at all. She didn't give up on getting me a fair settlement, so I could avoid going through a lengthy and expensive litigation. Although I hope I don't need her services again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Michelle to handle anyone's personal injury case. You'll be met with sensitivity, care, and a bit of humor!

Jon took on my case after I was already 1 1/2 years into my claim. Most of the funds in my case were already depleted. My case/injury was small in comparison to most other cases but that didn’t matter! I was always given the attention and effort that I needed. Any phone call that couldn’t be answered immediately, was always returned, even if Jon was done for the day and driving home. He never left me hanging. There is one thing you need to know about Lou: he is the MAN! This was my first time ever needing to hire a lawyer, so I had no clue where to start. I knew I wanted an experienced, confident, knowledgable, unrelenting, witty, reliable, and educated attorney. I am happy to say that Lou was all of the above plus MORE.
After a very painful and traumatic experience at my apartment in my first week living in Los Angeles, Lou was there to guide me every step of the way to find justice. All I wanted was to get compensated for my medical expenses, but the insurance company of the apartment complex was giving us the run around and trying to pull a fast one on us by avoiding our demands. Lou went above and beyond by tracking down the root of the problem and pressuring them to follow through on their end. I would never have been able to do any of this without him. Most lawyers surely would have given up on my case after the trouble it posed, but Lou stuck through with it and it ended up recovering all of my medical bills plus over 4 times what they cost me for pain and suffering.

Attorney Shapiro took the case of a man who got crushed by a tree which the company was at fault for cutting the tree wrong . David died several times on the way to the hospital. He had many years of rehabilitation Mr Shapiro made sure everything got taken care of down to the last detail of him setting up long-term payments through all of the compensation he got as a result of this terrible tree accident. I was referred to TPMB and Sam Carl via a different firm while I was looking for a personal injury lawyer due to a serious cycling accident. If you have ever had the need to seek our representation you know how overwhelming the process can be and how difficult it is to know if you are making the right choice given the vast array of options at your disposal. Complex life altering injuries are scary enough, and if they involve negligence on the part of large well known corporations its even more intimidating. At the time TPMB was newly founded and little information about the firm existed, but after speaking with Sam and TPMB partners I felt reassured in my decision to retain them. He immediately jumped into action gathering time sensitive evidence and set realistic expectations every step of the way. His advice and recommendations over the course of 2 years were invaluable and ultimately played a big factor in being able to secure a favorable multi-party settlement prior to trial. Sam was always available and willing to answer questions or offer his professional point of view, even outside of traditional office hours if need be and his calm but diligent demeanor kept things moving with the minimal amount of stress. Jose was very helpful and followed through with what he originally told me at my first consultation. I was going to be charged for Domestic Violence and he was able to get it dropped down to a misdemeanor until I took my classes and paid the fines. If you get charged with a felony in ky you need Paul Dickman on your side. He is worth every penny he charges. He will do everything he tells you he will. He's always available to talk or text which most lawyers won't give u the time of day. Don't make a mistake and not choose Paul. I first hired another attorney for less money. I fired him after the first court date. I then called Paul and he and his team got my charges reduced to a misdemeanor.

Very pleased with the two cases he represented me on. One being a burglary 1st which he got down it to a burglary 3rd on probation. The other being a probation violation from the new charge I got which got ran concurrent with the probation from the new charge. I went from facing ten plus years to five years on probation. Also I could always get ahold of him anytime of day and on weekends.

I would highly recommend using Mr. O’Keefe. My case was a very complicated one that required an attorney with not only a strong knowledge base, but the conviction to keep fighting even when there was adversity or opposition. My case ended up being dragged out and the defendants insurance company fought us tooth and nail, but at the end of the day we won the full amount and I couldn’t have asked for more. In March of 2021 I was in a car accident where I was at a dead stop and hit at a speed above 65 MPH from behind.
I was in the ICU with a number of injuries.
I did not have any intention of getting a lawyer, no "lawyering up", I should be able to handle this myself.
But before I was out of my 4 days in the hospital, I was getting calls from 2 different insurance companies telling me my settlement was ready.
That is when I decided to get a lawyer.
I had three different conversations with three different offices.
I picked Scott's office because it asked me one question the others did not, "What are your realistic expectations from the attorney you pick to represent you?
I said I want my hospital bills paid, my car paid for since it was totaled, and my days that I missed work I would be paid.
Scott said that is a realistic expectation and his office could help me.
While the process was long, Scott's office kept me up to date, month to month and even had my own text line so I could contact them.
Also, Scott called me to keep me informed of what was happening.
Bottom-line is he and those in the office treated me with respect and kept to his word in how things would happen.
While I hope I never have another accident, kif I do I will be calling Scott.
