My experience with the Littletons was great. I was involved in an accident that seem the likelihood of a resolution that was in my favor was slim to none. The accident was not my doing, but I was sure this was going to cost me thousands in damages. However, not only were they able to pull me out of a tough situation. If I had not hired this firm then I would not have gotten the settlement I deserved. The insurance companies make it very difficult to get the necessary medical treatment expenses paid for, but when I hired Bice Law they got everything covered plus wage loss covered and a great settlement. My shoulder injury resulted from a flu shot administered incorrectly at Moses Cone hospital in Greensboro NC in which the hospital denied any wrong doing. I was in need of some legal advice over a contract for selling puppies. I am not a wealthy person and was In desperate need of legal advice and had called a few different attorneys around and left messages and never received a call back from any. So today I got on line and was praying I got ahold of someone today. I called one number and Jeffrey Robinette answered the phone himself and was more then willing to speak to me. I initially met with Mr. Duncan back in January with a no cost, no obligation consultation. At the time, I was overwhelmed with debt (foreclosure, charge offs, and a judgment). Mr. Duncan explained my options in great detail and informed me that my situation (means test pending) qualified for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Mr. Duncan asked me why I decided to contact his law firm instead of the other lawyers in Mecklenburg County. I informed Mr. Duncan that I was thoroughly impressed with the content on his website and his informative YouTube videos. The paralegal (Brooke) that was assigned to my case was very prompt with her email responses and informative. After I got rear ended at the beginning of my final year of Nursing School, I reached out to Auger and Auger. I was actually referred by another client of theirs who assured me they would help me. Chris is by far the best lawyer in San Diego in my opinion. We were stopped at a light and rear ended by a van full of 7 people. If you’re in doubt, just call Dubin Law. I was hit by an SUV as a pedestrian that caused a traumatic brain injury and they were absolutely indispensable in helping me recover. I never write reviews, but make an exception because David Abeyta and his law firm deserve an excellent review. My husband was the victim of a dog attack in 2022. We’ve lived in a quiet Ellensburg neighborhood for about 15 years and my husband uses a walker. When he exited our fenced area to our mailbox on the street, a neighbor’s dog came out of nowhere from behind, and threw my husband to the pavement, leaving him immobile with a broken pelvis and in extreme pain. He spent two weeks in the hospital and it took him a good six months to recover. We sought legal help from Abeyta Nelson, and David and his staff did an excellent job.
People sometimes think they can do everything themselves and don’t need a lawyer or think it will cost too much. But someone in an injury crisis may not have good judgment when upset and distracted. Good legal representation is needed and is well worth the cost of the services.
Insurance companies often pressure people to settle quickly for a low dollar amount, before the full extent of injury is known. Settling too quickly can be a serious mistake.

After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache.
In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration.
