After attempting to work directly with the insurance companies and getting nowhere, working with Sethi and Sledd was one of the best decisions I could have made. Once it was in their hands I did not have to worry about any of the details and they were able to resolve my claim quickly. I highly recommend both Gobind and Samantha. Got hit by a drunk driver. I think God kept me from dying. While in the emergency room I instinctively asked my wife to call a lawyer. She contacted Andrew the next day.
I was in the hospital about two weeks and after that out of work a good bit.
My health insurance paid the bills, but they kindly told me that they expected to be paid back by the auto insurance and I was glad that Andrew was able to take care of that for me. About a year after the accident Andrew presented me with a rather large check, which made me quite happy.
If this kind of thing happens to you the most important thing to do is always get medical treatment and always follow the doctor’s instructions. Keep track of all the money and time you spend getting medical treatment and let Andrew know how you feel.

Jim is fantastic!!! I would not hesitate to get him again if God forbid, I ever need him again. He was always way on top of everything, got whatever needed to be done completed, answered my phone calls very promptly in emails if not by phone or in person. He has gone way above the call of duty. He claims he is not a miracle worker, but my son and I definitely disagree. He got us way more than we anticipated he would for my sons case. He came to see my son in the hospital when he was not able to go to Jim. Jim and the whole firm were very respectful at all times. If someone didn't know the answers we were looking for, we got the answers in a respectable amount of time. In 2013 I was involved in a severe bicycle accident caused by a motor vehicle. In cases such as this, no matter the evidence, the cards tend to be stacked heavily against the bicyclist. As an avid cyclist himself, Jim was intimately aware of the prejudice that bicyclists must face in the legal world, and took every step to overcome this and make sure that the (very high) costs of my medical treatment were covered by the appropriate parties. He also fought to obtain a sizeable settlement to cover the many additional costs associated with the accident, and won. I cannot recommend Jim highly enough!

We were recently struck by a drunk driver, and had no previous experience in hiring a lawyer. We simply did not know where to turn. We first reached out to a few radio jingle lawyers and found EACH phone consultation with them to be worse than the one before. You were treated as a number by
their staff, and could never get an actual lawyer on the line. Through word of mouth Michael Goldsmith's law firm, thankfully, entered the picture. Out of the gate, Michael was friendly and genuinely interested in learning exactly what we had gone through. Each time we had a question, HE was readily available with a very well educated answer. At no time did he ever speak over our heads. He was clear, concise, and spoke in down to earth terms we could easily understand. He armed us with knowledge, realistic expectations, and his confidence was infectious which was exactly what we needed to win our case...which he did for us, by the way! He was really up on topics, yet remained curious enough to learn exactly what WE wanted/expected during each step of the process. Where should I start?
This feedback is long overdue, and I am going to put my heart and soul into putting as much as possible on paper.
Anyone reading this please note that my experiences with Mr. Ed El Dabe, Mr Jon Ritter, and their staff are real and not coerced in any way or form.
My unfortunate near death accident occurred in 2016 while crossing the road as a pedestrian. As I have had a prior retention of this firm, re-contacting them was no effort. Their response was amazing and one of the partner lawyers, Ms. Jessica Castro visited me in the hospital. My timing couldn’t have been better. Soon after our initial meeting they got the ball rolling. Due to my multiple injuries I had countless visits to various doctors, physical therapy sessions and other accident related establishments. While my entire life had turned upside down and I was confined to the home, the personnel at El Dabe / Ritter Law Office called me at least once every 2 weeks for updates. Their follow up calls were impressive and thorough.
Since my incident was Workers Comp related, they also referred me to an additional Workers Comp lawyer. From initial meetings in their office to depositions with opposing attorneys, Jon Ritter and Edmond El Dabe were there providing me with the required guidance and advice.
For over 2 years, throughout the entire pre-trial period they simply acted like angels by my side providing me with answers to whatever questions I may have had. I really couldn’t have asked for any better accident lawyers.
Ultimately, all their efforts paid off, and we were able to successfully obtain positive results. I would strongly recommend the El Dabe / Ritter Law Firm to anyone seeking an injury attorney.

A former employer provided a work environment that was not conducive to female safety. Employee requests for help were minimized & disregarded. After being left with no other choice, I sought the help of Mr. El Dabe who came by referral. Mike Hupy has been an attorney for myself or my family in several issues for over the last decade. When I was hit while driving my motorcycle near his Milwaukee office, his investigator was there ensuring my safety before police arrived, getting photos of the scene, and helping me to move my wrecked bike out of traffic while we waited for the wrecker.
