I worked w/ Dennis Stout as my attorney, though I met w/ Jim first, as his firm came recommended to me by another attorney as "the gold standard" for their services. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did for me, and the results. Mr. Gore represented my 18 year old daughter on reckless driving and speeding citations (90 in a 70 MPH zone). We live out of state but Mr. Gore and his paralegal Zilla were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They were patient and prompt in their responses to my many questions. Lance got me 50% more than the Insurance company was originally willing to pay. The man went to bat for me. Like you would treat a good friend or someone that you really cared about. Anytime I contacted him he responded immediately even if to say he’d have to get back to me a little later. Extremely smart individual worthy of the super lawyer title. Able to converse regarding any subject matter knowledgeably. Pre-divorce I owned a company with hundreds of employees and a worldwide presence. It was my practice to hire exceptional people such as Lance. However in 25 years I only hired four people doubling their salary to get them to leave their current profession and position and work for me. If I still had that company I would’ve paid Lance whatever he wanted to work for me.
Lance took the nastyness out of the situation I was in, added a lot of humor and quickly became my friend.
Whatever game he plays, he’s at the very top of it. Who wouldn’t want an individual like that to represent them?
