I you want a lawyer who is hard to get, if you want a lawyer who has a rude staff, if you want a lawyer who makes you think you wasting his time, if you want a lawyer how has the bedside manor of a dead cold fish. DON"T call Mr. Walker.
This man walks tall among other men, this man is a team leader, this man is not scared of a fight, this man will walk into hell with two open buckets of gasoline to make sure he is giving you all he can give.
Mr. Walker was so easy to talk to, it was like talking to your brother, if the conversation went off to something not related to the subject he would listen, he understood that he needed to hear everything you said. Mr. Walker never let me down when it came to my case and never even when I expected him to try and rush an event, he took his time.
I never had a case go into the federal court system, you could feel how Mr. Walker knew what to do and to walk the walk in both local and federal level. No better man walks. He also wears the uniform of the U.S. Army . God bless him and all like him who defend us in court and on the real battlefield.

I was in a jam, Mr. Behr took my case and worked a miracle! I went from being dismissed and looking at getting nothing for me and my son's injuries to receiving money for a new car and compensation for our injuries. I was driving to one of my stores in North Alabama (in a company car) and out of nowhere was T-boned by another vehicle. The truck that hit me failed to yield to my right-of-way and said that he was waved through the intersection by an 18 wheeler. My car was hit on the driver's side door and spun around until I was in another lane and facing the opposite direction. The driver came to my window yelling that it wasn't his fault. I called 911, was cut out of my car, and was taken to Helen Keller Hospital, where I was seen by the ER doctor and transported to the UAB Trauma Unit. I had multiple tests, therapy sessions, and 5 surgeries over a year and a half or so to repair the soft tissue damage to my arm. During my first stay at the hospital I was contacted multiple times by an investigator--the driver that hit me was in a company vehicle and his company wanted me to make a statement about the accident. I was advised by a nurse that was checking my stats a couple of times when the investigator called to hire an attorney, and having never done so (and only living in Alabama for 3 months) I was anxious about what to do. I was given Ken Riley's name, contacted him, and felt very relieved for having done so. The phone calls from the investigator stopped after I directed him to contact my attorney, and I felt very safe and protected, as I was nervous about how to respond and how to protect myself. Ken worked patiently and supportively, always genuinely concerned about what I had been through and how I was healing, and guided me through dealing with Worker's Comp, depositions, and the mediations with both the driver that hit me and the truck that waved him through. I still have open medical, which is important, as I am still under medical care for nerve damage treatment. The most important part of the entire thing was knowing that I had someone in my corner, fighting for what was right, and allowing me to focus on getting well."

I found myself totally lost for reactions from a wrongful termination from my employment, after over 4 years. Never written or verbally told that they were unhappy with my work! Only thing was we continued to disagree with their billing practices. We have completed the trial for false claims with the government and won. Now awaiting trial for the wrongful termination. Alex Burkhalter earned my respect and confidence from the very beginning. My case was a wrongful termination against a municipality, which involved uncommon, technical environmental concepts. Just to understand the facts of this situation, the entire staff had to learn what must have seemed like a new language. Not only did they learn the environmental concepts and the proper, technical way to speak them, they became proficient in the specific details.

My initial consultation with Brown and Assoc was by far extremely comforting. Back in 2014 I was in a horrific car crash by a drunk driver. We have an ongoing issue. It's complex because there are several parties involve and we're going through a juggling act.
We're waiting on Licensing board investigations but they are delayed and we have no time table as to when they will be finished. Yet the company that caused the issue is trying to push it to court before the investigations are finished and you really don't know what or when you are going to need the attorney. You come up with important decisions where you just need 2 questions answered.
Around here, you call just to try and find an attorney. Most won't even have a conversation long enough to make sure you're comfortable with their experience. No matter what your issue is they tell you they can do it and some even talk about money you can go after but you'll find out it was irrelevant.
These same attorneys are more interested in getting your credit card to get money right away versing making sure they can help you.
I had found one other lawyer on here that dealt with larger issues but he took the time to speak with me and told me what to do and when I needed to bring a lawyer in.
Today is that day so I started my search again. I was so fortunate to find Will DeVore.
Again, he answered several important questions today, advised on what to do next and when to bring him in.
It's so comforting when you get somebody on the phone that's interesting in hearing your problem and concerned about helping you versus hustling you out of your money.
Do yourself a favor, if a lawyer asked you for your credit card to talk to you or schedule an appointment to come in, walk away. Give somebody like Mr. DeVore’s office a call.
The prove they care about doing what’s best for everyone instead of just what’s best for themselves regardless.
