After being injured in a car accident , I interviewed a few different lawyers . I went with Mr. Grayson because of his long standing reputation in the field and expertise . I also chose him because he really cared about my case and showed empathy for me as a person, which I appreciated and found comforting . I was recently in a difficult--and frankly, scary--dispute with my landlord, and initially felt completely intimidated and overwhelmed by the situation. I've never been in an car accident in my life, either as a driver or pedustrian until one night on my way to work. As I was crossing the street a car came around the corner and hit me and dragged me down the street. It left me with a dislocated arm, head and face injuries. I was hospitalized for 6 days and couldn't return to work. I hired a lawyer who I could tell did not have my best interest at heart and would not answer my calls or emails. It's bad enough I'm in a healing process and now I felt hit by him too. So I fired him and hired another firm who had Jeff Crissman to represent my case. In no time soon Jeff hit the floor running. My husband was in an automobile accident that left him with a severely fractured arm. The fracture required surgery which caused hospitalization, and because of the severity he was left unable to work for an extended period of time. Adding to my devastation, I had a three week old newborn.
My husband was in the hospital recovering from his first surgery when he decided to contact the office that Tiffany and her husband Eric own and practice law. The day he contacted them, they came to my husbands hospital room to talk to him about what they may be able to do for us.
We had a new baby and absolutely no income coming in, plus my husband was staying in the hospital due to complications from the surgery to fix the fractures in his arm. I was extremely fragile and scared. Tiffany called me to assure me that she was doing everything in her power to make sure we would start getting my husbands lost wages. She was very knowledgable, confident, compassionate, and thorough. Also, from that point on she made sure to keep me updated along with my husband every time she had any news concerning our case. Tiffany made every effort to fight for what was rightfully ours, she was honest, forthcoming, and diligent. She made every effort to make this process was as easy and as quick as humanly possible for our family. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Naylor for the past 13 years on different cases.
I first contacted Mr. Naylor shortly after my husband suffered a work related injury while working as a formen on the waterfront. Sadly our case escalated from a work comp. injury to a wrongful death case within days and needless to say, reaching a settlemet not just with the employer but with one of the big three auto manufacturers took time.
He was prompt to inform me of our rights under work comp. laws and made sure our benefits where in good standing at all time.
He was engaged and sought assitance from other coucil when needed and remained the liaison when ever needed between, the employer, benefits office and any other council involved.
In all my years of working with attorneys, both work related and on a personal level, he is one of the most reliable and honest attorneys I've had the pleasure of working with.
His staff is polite and very efficient and always willing to help when Mr. Naylor is not available.

Previously working with a South Florida attorney from a large firm, I discovered that I was not being represented in the manner that I had been initially promised. My wife was rendered a quadriplegic when a tire on our Ford Expedition separated while driving on I-75, causing the vehicle to roll over several times. Frank Melton is a unique attorney that actually cares about the person and not about how much profit they can get from the injury. His level of professionalism and commitment is without equal and he was not afraid to take my case all the way to trial. Two thumbs way up for Frank Melton and his team. One of the best attorneys around. I checked out other attorneys who were supposed to have great reputations, great results, and good to work with. Mr. Melton was the only one I felt really confident in. I was proud see him handle my complicated case in front of a jury. Mr. Meltons' staff was also superb. His paralegals respond quickly to calls. When, through the culpable negligence of a large corporation, I was badly and lastingly injured, Mardirossian & Associates took on my case. I couldn't have been more fortunate. Armen Akaragian played a central role in securing a high-end settlement for me, and it is impossible for me to recommend him or the Mardirossian practice strongly enough. Armen's concern and solicitude for me and my cause were only matched by the dogged, intelligent ferocity with which he went after the guilty corporation, whose lawyers spent several years doing everything they could to evade a just outcome. Time and time again they deployed disingenuous dodges, delays, obstructions, and objections; time and again Armen and the Mardirossian crew reversed their machinations and exposed their mendacity. (At one point the defense attempted to move the case from a California court to a Federal one, because Federal courts tend to be less generous to claimants; Armen soundly trounced that tactic. I was involved in a car accident that left me in a wheelchair, unable to work and worried how I was going to deal with everything that was happening. A friend recommended Mrs. Kravitz and said she would handle my case and help me figure out the myriad of worries I had.

Bill was a great help and resource after my divorce as my ex-wife wanted to fight me on everything for our son. He takes his time to make sure he has every resource available for him to review and makes sure he helps make the right choice in your case.
This case was a long one and Bill kept me update on any communications that came from the other attorney. We always worked through what I was requesting and making sure every detail was covered before it was filed with the court. My ex-wife used two attorney's to help fight against what I was wanting for our son. Bill is very reasonable when he has open communication with other attorneys.
