My wife and I recently had wills drawn up for the first time. Working with Mr. Leppard was an exceptionally satisfying experience. There were a number of difficult and somewhat stressful decisions to be made around the structuring of our will and Mr. Leppard was a great help in the process. He made everything else so easy that we only had to think about the document itself.

I want to personally thank The Schafer Law Firm for their diligent work in my grandmother's eviction case!! Her property management company tried to throw a 93 year old woman out of her own home for making viable and valid complaints, and luckily my friend referred me to him. I used Kristen for a couple of cases with my ex. First was my separation and she was spot on. Got everything I needed for my children.
Second time was the best when I was taken to court for child support. My ex wanted me to pay more then my house hold exspenses, health care and 60% of the bills thatwe already agreed on. She actually got my ex to pay me instead of the other way around. The other attorney said she had never seen a judge make a decision this way from what my ex told me. I could go on everything she got for my children. So impressed
Kristen is not cheap but you get what you pay for. She is also very very busy but also always returns your calls in a timely matter. Just be patient with her.
What i found most impressive was how she remembered me on the second case. I called her and she remembered who I was even after 2 years.
Like I said she is not cheap at all but when you need the best you will have to pay for the best. Kind of like mac and cheese you never go with the store brand you always go with the best and that is the Blue Box.

Great experience, they were very helpful and on top of every little detail. Getting a divorce wasn’t a easy thing to do even though my divorce was unconsented I thought it was going to be a nasty /tedious process but they helped me back and forth with all documents both parties needed to get, they promptly emailed me right away if I missed anything on my documents to correct it so the process was easy and fast . I will totally recommend them , very professional and detailed oriented.

I came across Nelson law firm as I was preparing to start a trust account. I could just tell during my initial conversation with Drew that he clearly understood the best approach for me to take. He explained every step of the process and encouraged me to ask questions. About 3 weeks after completing the questionnaire with my relevant information I went to his office to complete the process. What I really appreciated was that Drew talked with me, not at me, like some attorneys have done to me before. I’m extremely pleased with his professional approach. Long Story Short
Two years ago, there was a major hailstorm in Hudson, WI. I requested a quote to repair the hail damage to my house from a trusted contractor I had used before: Element Exteriors. They came back with a quote of $32,000 to replace siding, gutters and the roof. I submitted my claim to my insurance company. They sent out an Adjuster to appraise the damage. After reviewing their Adjuster's report, they came back with an offer of $2,500 after my $1700 deductible. They didn't see the need for replacement, only minor repairs. Obviously, I disagreed with their assessment since most of my neighborhood had roof, siding and gutters replaced. Most notably, the neighbors on both sides of me.
The State of Wisconsin has a law that if there is a disagreement on the settlement, there must be an Independent Appraisal. My insurance company refused to participate in or authorize an Independent Appraisal, which was against Wisconsin State Law. So, I hired Drew Nelson at Nelson and Lindquist to force my insurance company to comply with Wisconsin Law. After two years of fighting with my insurance company, Drew was able to get my insurance company to agree to an Independent Appraisal. After the Independent Appraisal and engaging in the "Mediation Process", Drew was able to convince my insurance company to pay what we felt the policy required of them and I was able to move forward with the replacement of my roof and siding.

I could not have had a better experience having to have an estate probated. Joe provided names, numbers, addresses of everyone I needed to contact. He then contacted all others. Attorney Chester has been referred to me by the online Montgomery Bar Association Referral Service. NO THE PHONE REFERRAL SERVICE, I have to underline that because they are incredible and do they best to assist. Back to Mr.Chester! I contacted him for a Condo Association dispute. first thing on the phone, He asked me what is the management company, I told him and he answered: " the company is owned by a good friend of his". Without being an attorney I spotted a conflict of interest right at the beginning of the conversation and the end of the conversation attests it and the lack of objectivity of this attorney. He found normal for a management company to hold a storage key of an owner for 2 years, He found normal a management company don't have and hold accurate and update paperwork. That management provide a 1989 ( 35 YEARS OLD) contract to be applied on a newly owned property of 2020. and so on.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this attorney.
He doesn't go to court to represent you or the law he studied!!

I was truly blown away by my interaction with Dan. I called late in the day on a Friday asking for a consultation with Mr Dan, fully expecting not to hear back until sometime the following Monday. I have been with Sawer & Sackel for 3 separate workers comp claims and have been very unsatisfied until recently. Up until Holly took ownership in my cases I was left wondering what was going on. I was the one that had to initiate any and all inquiries into correspondences from the insurance carrier. And I rarely spoke with a lawyer and it was Never the same individual. Since working with Holly things have change my thinking entirely. She has taken ownership in my case and has gone above and beyond my expectations (or at least what my expectations of a law firm should be) and have reaffirmed my choice in a workers compensation law firm. I highly recommend the Norris Legal Group. If you want a Pitbull by your side to go after the other party, and a person who treats you with the utmost respect, Cameron Norris is the attorney for you. An extremely aggressive attorney, if you want, or a calm, confident, and respectful attorney, if that is the route that you prefer. I rarely leave reviews, but on the rare occasion when people or companies are exceptional, I always feel compelled to tell others. Cameron Norris and the entire team at the Norris Legal Group, are truly EXCEPTIONAL!!!
I initially wanted an aggressive attorney to go to battle with me, and Cameron gave me 100% confidence that he was that guy. He also was honest with me though and clearly explained what would come with my, "I want to go to war thinking". He did not just agree with me, and he very professionally explained the entire divorce process. I really appreciated this honest advice that I was given, especially once a couple of weeks had gone by, and I had time to calmed down.
During the consultation, I did not feel rushed and Cameron made me feel heard. He did not cut me off, and he allowed me to speak, cry and vent. Finding the right attorney during this horrific time in your life is extremely important. I think during the consultation, Cameron quickly realized that I was an emotional disaster, and he was very kind to me in his approach. I will forever be grateful for Cameron.
I had a consultation with a different attorney the day before, who made me feel very rushed, while I was talking. The attorney kept cutting me of mid sentence, and he was a horrible listener. This other attorney seemed to care less that I was so distraught. I really felt that all he wanted was my money. After I had my consultation with Cameron, before I had even left his office (very nice BTW), I knew that my search for the best attorney was over. I felt like I had just talked to a friend, who cared about me, that I hadn't seen in years. I knew that I had struck gold and that I had found the BEST attorney in Ventura County!
Throughout my entire experience with the Norris Legal Group, I received nothing but professional, ethical, and courteous service. The office staff was also great and everyone was very responsive. If you've ever had an attorney before, I'm sure you know firsthand, that responsive attorneys do not seem to exist. Well, I now know there is at least 1! Everyone in the office was so kind to me.
