to sincerely thank Jennifer McCall’s legal office for their genuine services. I had worked with Jennifer before in a previous divorce case and knew that she gets the job done. This time, Jennifer was not my first choice for representation because this child was born out of marriage and I associated her with family law and divorces, not custody. So I went with a referral from a friend that was way more expensive. That law office and attorney did not listen to me or fight for me or my daughter at all. I fired them and remembered custody cases are family law and and proceeded to hire Jennifer for this custody case. With Jennifer’s office I always felt heard throughout the entire process. This was important to me for the reason that I’m a father fighting for the rights to be with his child. We all know how much of an uphill battle it can be for fathers fighting for their children in the justice system. Jennifer took the time to listen to my story and the facts. Then she fought to have a guardian ad litem appointed. Her office always kept me up to date with how the case was progressing. Jennifer cares about people. She cares about me. At first Seth Mann seems like he is going to take care of everything. I trusted him to handle my dad’s estate through probate. After our initial meeting, I never heard from Mr. Mann. All my dealings were with his law clerk Richard. 2 of my family members reached out by email and phone to ask some questions. Richard said Mr. Mann would contact them back, but he never did! My brother asked by email a question about contesting a will. After that email to Mr. Mann, I received a phone call from Richard, that Seth Mann does not handle any wills that may be contested and he is giving me back the packet. I was upset that I was never told this in the beginning. Plus my brother was asking a question. He had no intention of contesting our dad’s will. Seth Mann had my dad’s will and all the information for 4 1/2 months. From September2023 to February 2024. I asked Richard what work was done on my dad’s case? I was told nothing because I didn’t sign any agreement to retain Mr. Mann as the attorney, nor did I pay a retainer fee. Why would I give them all the paperwork if they were not hired? Plus their was no retainer fee. The lawyer get 3% after the will goes through probate! So Mr. Mann did nothing to help my dad or my family settle his estate! After my experience, I could never suggest anyone use this lawyer! He wasted our time! I was told it would take 9-12 months. We thought we were 1/2 way there , to learn we are starting from scratch!

Wow! I’m not sure where to begin! I had the pleasure of spending two years with Candace Jones as my attorney in a Family law matter. This Attorney is extremely professional, informative, a beast in the courtroom, and a great person overall. I’m thankful that God led me to find her on Google. Best of all she is local! Great for men or women in need of an attorney. I am someone that appreciates Google reviews, but I also understand everyone doesn’t value the same wonderful qualities that Candace Jones brings to the table as an attorney and in general as a person. Jeremy Abernathy was referred to me by another attorney and I could not be happier with the outcome of my custody case. My case was a bit difficult and throughout the whole process, I always felt as if my sons livelihood and best interests came first. He fought tooth and nail for us and stuck to his guns both in and out of the courtroom. He is going to do what's best for you, your children, and your case to make sure you get the best possible outcome-and will do it in the most professional manner. He showed his expertise and at times if I was a bit difficult, he brought me back down, reassured me, and even prayed for me which I greatly appreciated. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood properly. He showed up to court very well-prepared, organized, well-spoken and professional but will also go toe to toe with aggressive opposing counsel or opposing parties if needed, and it made me feel as if he was really looking out for my son and I and fighting for what's right. There were times, even after-hours and weekends, when I needed guidance on how to approach situations with the opposing party and he was very responsive and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. He's very rational, fair and won't let you fail in the courtroom for having your own personal expectations that may be unrealistic. He made me feel heard and that he cared. Based on personal observation, he is also very well respected by his peers as well as the judge that we had. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone going through a legitimation and custody case. I can imagine Family Law to be very tough but he is definitely very knowledgeable and well-equipped to handle you and your case with the utmost professionalism and care.

Mrs. Ronilo helped me in my divorce and did a great job! She is very friendly and understanding but she won't sugarcoat something just to make you feel better, to be honest I appreciated her telling me both the pros and cons of my case as it unfolded as Im the type who would rather make informed decisions and not just be told the absolute best case scenario and then make poor choices. I saw some of her emails to the other attorney and she was obviously not scared to fight for me even if it meant ruffling some feathers to protect me and I loved that. Ultimately I got a lot more than I had planned from the start so her strategy obviously paid off. Definitely recommend her both as a person and a lawyer.

We were assigned Mr. McClelland who came across as a nice guy initially. However, his lack of attention to detail in doing the work required was very worrying, with him missing out key parts and putting in things that should not be there all, of which we made clear to him from the start. Not only that, but he also gave two firm dates in writing to have draughts completed, both of which were missed. He then indicated that he did not want to complete the project. This caused us to totally lose faith in the company, and we fired them as our attorneys after many years with them.

I can't begin to describe how wonderful Mildred Sweeney is and how much she has helped in a rather long custody dispute. I came to her with only "supervised visitation" of my two children that I helped raise and left at the end with more then what I could have hoped and asked for. Not only did she help end my divorce, but she traveled the dark waters of child sharing with the underdog parent. Mildred is personal and cares and really gets deep into her cases. Not only did she direct me on what to do and when to do it, but she fought tooth and nail when the time came. Please, do yourself a favor and look no further. She was very friendly at my consultant and I brought my daughter with me. I was already ripped off by my husband of 19 years and I can't touch his trust but I can get at least 1/2 his pension. I'm living with my daughter and her family which I thank God everyday for that Blessing. Ms. Miller said she could do the pension but at no time did she say that was another entity I had to hire. I sold all my jewelry to pay for this divorce below cost but I did it anyway. Then she screwed up by submitting the wrong divorce decree but a work up I reminded them the Alimony was pension not cash. So, I had to tell them it's wrong. And now, after I submit my decree to Teamsters they tell me it won't work there's a whole other paper work to go along with it. At no time did she tell me or give me a referral to the right attorney for my type of divorce. I have no money and now I have to come up with more money. She got her 1k+ what does it matter to her!

I can’t further express the gratitude that I have for this team. Nic and Sarah have both been so solid through out not only the duration of my court cases, but completely went above and beyond following my court dates to assist me the entire step of the journey through to the end date of my probation. Sarah continued to be there to answer my calls, emails, texts questions, everything from dmv questions, to probation questions, to out of state dmv questions. My case happend while on vacation so I was unable to attend court in person and Nic was above and beyond in getting our hearings heard as early as possible via zoom and was able to attain the best outcome that could have been possible thanks to the investigating he did into the case. Without this team I genuinely believe that this would have gone a lot differently and I would still probably be paying an unfair price. Ms Lashbrook was highly recommended to our family by a trusted friend when my daughter passed away - a single mom leaving behind a minor child with no will in place to determine who would have custody. It was a very scary situation. Ms Lashbrook helped us secure custody with my other daughter & work with DCS to get all the legalities taken care of. She was extremely caring, sympathetic and went out of her way to assure us we did not have to concern ourselves with this added legal burden as we were grieving over such an unexpected loss & all the other issues that came with it. I got to witness someone pay a good amount of money for this attorney to sit on her butt and ignore her client for over 2 years for something as simple and easy as his child support case. Then, she has the audacity to send a large bill and want payment for sending emails back and forth to the opposing attorney getting no where. The opposing attorney requested taxes and ppwk and we sent them in the next day. In 2 years, she’s STILL not even sent that to him! She’s done absolutely NO WORK on this case what so ever! Emails and voicemails have went weeks to months unanswered. Her Aussie assistant will tell you she’s “in court” but how is she in court 5 days a week and not able to respond to a simple “can we please have an update on this case?”. Because of her lack of representation, lack of communication, and all around unprofessionalism, she’s been reported to the bar. Stay away! Do not invest or hire in this attorney.
