The Law Offices of David Michael Cantor are phenomenal. As an ASU college student 2700 miles away from home, being arrested for an alleged DUI was a nightmare. It is an indescribable feeling to be arrested and coerced into consenting to a sobriety/drug test when there was not any grounds for the action; I was innocent. My parents and I contacted The Law Offices of David Michael Cantor who provided a free very informative initial consultation that eased our minds. In person, I met with David Maletta who took the time to get to know me and the circumstances of my case without any bias. I also met with Michael Alarid who equally made me feel relieved by taking time to learn about my character and case. Both Mr. Maletta’s and Mr. Alarid’s professionalism and knowledge made me trust in their expertise and ability to succeed. And yes, the outcome was a SUCCESS. The case was DISMISSED for there was not any basis for the arrest. Jason Karpel is an AMAZING attorney that did the UNTHINKABLE! I was up against 5 felonies and prison time and he got it knocked down to a charge of 1 MISDEMEANOR! Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Not for the poor. All I wanted was to help my son. "The amount for defense is 7500?" "And that is not even for trial, that is an additional 5000." I don't have that kind of money. I can afford 5k. I think that should be enough since everyone else is charging about 2 to 3 saying they don't see the evidentiary support. "Maybe you can use a credit card." "Maybe put up collateral for the money." He is not charged! Why not just rep him in admin hearing and then we can go from there?" "No, it is all or nothing." Some don't have what your high profile list of clients have. No matter what option you provide. It is clear that there is only help if you are rich. It's okay...the universe will help us.

The Law Offices of David Michael Cantor were great! Initial free consultation (roughly 30 minutes) was very informative. Met with David Maletta who was very aggressive and eager to learn about my case. I never felt like I was rushed or taking their time away from something else and I was able to ask any and all questions I wanted. I went home and thought about it (as I met with another law firm as well) and hired DMC to represent me. My case was handed to Omer Gurion, who took over as my attorney. The whole case lasted about 9 months from start to finish and we had a meeting almost every month to discuss the case and what we wanted to do. Scheduling was a little difficult at times due to the attorneys being quite busy and since I travel a lot for work but we made it work. It’s also hard to call your specific attorney, again since they are quite busy, but their legal assistants will pass along the messages as well as provide any updates that they have. Omer was outstanding! He found some details in the case that he thought were a good argument and we were able to get the result we wanted. I HIGHLY recommend The Law Offices of David Michael Cantor for anyone!

My experience with Cantor Law in particualr Nicolas Boca was sincerely the best advise I have ever received from an attorney. Nik's level of professionalism was second to none. Unlike every lawyer I've ever met he had absolutely zero hidden agenda and his knowledge of the legal system is truly remarkable. I have yet to meet a lawyer who wasn't solely working for themselves. It seems every other lawyer I've ever met simply wants to drag out litigation furthering their clients costs for service, this is far from the case with Nik. He sincerely cares about the people he represents and does everything in his power to make sure every detail is accounted for. I worked with Elizabeth Mullins and the David Cantor law firm and was extremely happy with the communication the support and the way that I was treated regardless of my extreme DUI wrong way driving offense. Elizabeth and her team did an amazing job and ultimately got the charges reduced with a plea deal on an open close case over the course of a few years .
