Beverly Law has been great to me. Because this is my first injury case I was scared I wouldn’t understand and I wouldn’t get the help I needed, but they answered every question and every phone call schedule appointments. And went back-and-forth with the insurance company to get my vehicle fixed. If I get into another car accident I will definitely call Beverly Law.

There are road accidents in the city daily. One day I became a victim myself. It was on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at approximately 3:30 in the afternoon. During that day, out of nowhere, I was rear-ended by another vehicle. It was an unexpected collision that I didn't even remember how I reacted to it. As far as I can remember, I was completely shocked and I felt devastated. My car was in total loss, and I myself had gone through a lot already. At the moment of impact, I remember my body was violently jolted inside my vehicle. As soon as I got out of my vehicle the driver at fault was approaching me and we talked. We also exchanged information. Thankfully, the driver accepted the liability of my vehicle. I also took photos of the incident and got the cellphone number of the other driver. I immediately went home after the collision. Due to the incident, I sustained personal injuries. I suffered from knee pain, shoulder pain, side neck pain, and lower back pain and numbness. I'd also like to share awareness regarding my experience upon seeking legal assistance from my first lawyer, that experience was so awful. In that law firm, I have been changing case managers many times already and it seemed that my case was forgotten and my second appointment was never rescheduled every time I tried calling them for a schedule, they never called me back. And to be honest I was too afraid to seek legal assistance not until I had this experience with the Beverly Law Firm. They are completely opposite from my previous experience. They were very accommodating and had been very helpful. I had completely gone this far and that was because of Guillermo, my case manager, and Michael the lead Attorney. They did their very best. From the chiropractic treatment that I had. I almost lost my faith and they encouraged me to keep going. I had to attend a lot of therapy/treatment, until the time that I needed an epidural steroid injection. I also had an X-ray and MRI. They never lost contact on the progress even if sometimes I can't answer their call. They keep an eye on everything most especially with my medical treatment. I mean, it was an awesome experience after all the benefits I have gained from different facilities. I can now finally say that I am in the process of gaining back my strength again. I worked in line of the food service line, a job that requires a lot of strength and endurance. Even though the incident had negatively affected my daily living, I kept pushing forward along with the treatment I was attending to. I had difficulty bending over, or sitting for long periods of time because my right side lower back pain would set in and go numb as well. 2021 was indeed a tough year for me. On the other hand, everything I owe to Guillermo and Michael. I'm out of words. To be really very very honest, now when it is you, Michael who is actually looking after my case, I am very much confident now for my case. Gratefulness to such a great lawyer of this very city. I had a car accident that happened last September 04, 2021. I can still remember that it was traumatizing since I was with my son during that day. I remember that I was driving and my son was at the back of the vehicle (booster seat) on the passenger side. I was traveling Southbound making a left turn going Eastbound left on the green light and I did not see any cars in the intersection. The last thing I felt was my vehicle rotating clockwise. I felt my body and face were forcefully jolted due to the impact of the airbags. Upon the impact, all I heard was a high-pitched ringing, whooshing, hissing, or buzzing sound in one or both of my ears. My nose and mouth were bleeding due to the high impact. I was shocked, dizzy and confused. I lost consciousness for approximately 5 minutes. I hurried to check on my son even if I was not feeling alright. There was nothing left at the scene aside from the witnesses who gave a statement of what they saw. The driver of the other vehicle continued to Northbound on Arlington and parked at the Season Inn. Both of our vehicles were moved before the Reno Police Officers arrived. A police report was made, I was then given instant medical assistance before being released. Due to the incident, I sustained personal injuries. I suffered from joint soreness, neck pain, bruises in my eyes, a painful nose, and a tender face. I have searched for tons of Injury Law Firm and I found the Beverly Law Firm. I called their contract number that I found on the Internet. I was interviewed via phone call by Ross. I was accommodated appropriately and was referred to some clinics for further evaluation. Then I presented myself at the Northern Nevada Chiropractic. Doctor Nicolas Riley evaluated me. I underwent chiropractic manipulative therapy, cervical and lumbar decompression therapy, trigger point therapy, and full spine manipulation. For my bruise and swollen face I was advised to apply ice to reduce inflammation and pain in the areas. After a few months of treatments, it's improving with each day that passes since the auto collision. I also underwent an MRI of my cervical and lumbar spine at Sweetwater Pain and Spine. It was a traumatic accident for me. I had a sleepless night due to the pain. My jaw pain and sinus pains persist. The pains are very intense at night. The ibuprofen is not helping with the pain. Throughout the healing process, I prayed to God for emotional and mental healing. It was hard. I was really sad that my mental health wasn't the same anymore. My Family's support is already given since they were the ones who made me feel stronger. I couldn't imagine it if I had to deal with it all alone. Life is precious so we need to be extra careful on the road. A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU Ross. m out of words, I was confused, dazed, and surprised. That's how I felt when I was involved in a car collision last year. I can still remember how it happened. It was on August 20, 2022. It was one Saturday afternoon, the weather was clear and dry. I was positive during that day hoping that I would spend my weekend having a great one. While I was driving on Doty Avenue El Segundo, when suddenly another came out of the parking lot and hit me. At the moment of the impact, I was thrown forward and backward. My head position at impact was straight, and it was shaken. I was shocked. It took me a while before I was able to utter a word. I was in slight panic. The moment I was able to recover from being shocked, I got out of the vehicle and exchanged information with the driver. There were no police reports made nor paramedics that arrived at the scene. The vehicle who hit my vehicle accepted the liability of my car damages. I went home after the collision without knowing what could happen next.
