Nigel is the best family lawyer you could ever hire. I had a very vindictive deadbeat father who filed a false restraining order against me. Nigel literally fought so hard for me and got his restraining order dismissed and got my restraining order granted after a 3 day court trial. Nigel is the best trial lawyer you could ever have on your case. This was a very complicated case that involved paternity, child custody and support. I won all on every angle thanks to Nigel for putting up a fight. He fought so hard for me. My ex hired two law firms and lost on every angle thanks to Nigel. I will always be grateful to him and his team that fought so hard for me. Sam was awesome!! God bless you Nigel for your amazing work. The fight you put on for me will never be forgotten. I contacted the law offices of Nigel Burns when my ex husband threatened to take me to court to modify child support. Nigel and his team listened to me every step of the way and helped guide me through the complicated and confusing process. They not only helped me be prepared with an advocacy and a competent defense, but they helped me feel less anxious about the daunting process. And on top of it all, they’ve got good senses of humor to go along with everything else. When I read the declaration that was prepared in my defense I FINALLY felt heard. Samuel Brown was with me during my hearing and his demeanor was cool, calm, and collect-even when dealing with opposing council who was disagreeable and just generally awful. Nigel and his team were exceptional in being able to quickly and efficiently take on my case. I was having issues with being wrongly sold an insurance policy that did went against what i asked for. I tried speaking with the owner of the company to get a situation rectified, but was met with a wall and fed a rehearsed speech. Nigel was able to communicate with this company on my behalf, to get my unique situation amended, when I felt like i had no more options but to give up.

A very unexpected situation came up in my life that required an attorney. Having never been part of any legal action before I was unsure where to start or what type of attorney to look for.
