Pero si son millonarios pues vallan que aquí les ayudan para que ya no lo sean😭😭😭😔 . Primero informense bien. Es una mala persona y su personal lo sabe, pero ahí trabajan. No pueden hacer nada.

Mr. Garcia and Mrs. Gnekow were exceptional in their representation. They worked on my case which was difficult. Unfortunately, I was dealing with an ex-wife who had no interest in dealing or negotiating in good faith for what would be best for our children. My case has been on-going for nearly five years. Multiple RFO's filed through the years and endless litigation just to get small extensions of my visitation. The biggest issue is I had no legal or physical custody rights to my children. I was in a big deficit. I had a previous attorney that was good, but Mrs. Gnekow had big plans for me. She believed in my case and from day one believed she could help me get more than what I was even asking for. I had pretty much dropped the idea of joint legal custody because most people thought I needed a change of circumstance to make that happen. Not Mrs. Gnekow or Mr. Garcia. They saw their chance to argue that for me along with all my other requests which were very reasonable, (holidays, half of vacation breaks,). When they time came in the last few weeks to go to court; we hardly spent time in the actual courtroom. It took a few weeks to navigate through the stipulation and I knew my ex-wife would not go down without a fight, but in the end Mrs. Gnekow and Mr. Garcia got it done. I am a Christian and God brings people into your life for a reason. God brought me to this firm and their firm delivered beyond my expectations which is how God operates. He always exceeds your expectations as long as you have faith. Thank you again Mrs. Gnekow and Mr. Garcia and the rest of your firm.

My husband and I hired Vanessa and we are returning thankful we did. My husband has been fighting for more time with his daughters for 5 years yet was always told by past attorneys "you need a chance in circumstances. " we wanted vacation time during breaks and Vanessa helped us get them. She was professional and a bulldog when needed (said with much respect). My husband had less than 17% of time with his 2 young daughters and Vanessa didn't give up on getting more time for my husband. My husband is an upstanding person and a great father. He doesn't have a history of any type of abuse; yet had to fight for more time. Vanessa and Mr. Garcia were able to demonstrate to the judge the alienation that was taking place and convey to the court how much my husband wants to be a part of his daughters lives. We left with more than we prayed for. God opened the door and Vanessa walked in ready and determined to get us more time. We are truly thankful. My husband was able to take his daughters to school on Monday for the 1st time in 5 years. Thank you so much for not giving up and seeing this through.

Well, after reading the reviews, they pretty much explain itself. Vanessa Betryna Gnekow Bar #292304 has got to be one of the most unprofessional attorneys I have ever come across. If you want an emotional attorney who will say F* you to the other party in front of other court representatives and bring up her husband like he will pop around the corner to do something, then this is the law firm for you. I can think of no other way to lose a case quicker than that. Also, everyone knows court starts at 8 am she will show up 1030 the latest and to top it off she seems lost, unprepared skimming through her documents trying to catch up in front of the judge. It is impressive to watch. Honestly, I don't even think you can call this law firm with "associates". BUT Since Daddy foots the bill, I can see why she gets away with a lot of antics, when the situation was brought up to him sarcastic responses was all he had. It all makes sense now. I hope the Bar Association takes note because these people are a joke. As a Service member Vanessa, I don't need a new job. I am pretty content with the military career. I didn't have daddy ready to spoon-feed me when I got out of college. If anyone wants a law firm that is a genuine, professional, and honest look at the Grey Legal Group. They have swept the court room with this attorney time and time again. Long story short it is bad when you have people working in the courts telling you to make a complaint to the Bar Association

I was going through a difficult custody case, probably a unique one too. I was at my wits end where all odds were against me. I've consulted with many attorneys and they seemed timid by my situation. When I consulted with Vanessa, she instantly was VERY optimistic about representing me in this uphill battle. Man, her and Mr. Garcia did not disappoint.
