Very thorough, exceptional service.

I had had a trust created a few years back, but it needed to be updated. Preston Estate Planning has been thoroughly professional from the get-go, and fixed items that my original trust attorney had not done correctly. They were patient with me while I took time to review the forms and incredibly organized in the way they presented the final materials. Super grateful to be working with them.

I would recommend Preston Estate Planning to anyone. They are knowledgeable and professional. Jennifer is always willing to answer and explain any questions we had. We were very confident and satisfied with their work. Our concerns in updating our trust with one of our child with special needs were clearly addressed without any doubts. I appreciate Jessica from the concierge service for her quick response to my emails. I am confident that they will continue to resolve any trust estate issues our family will have in the future.

We amended our trust for the 4th time. Even thought we liked our previous legal office, we decided to switch to Preston for a few reasons. We have a complicated financial picture. It's not high dollars, but it's not typical nor static. While our last version might have been adequate, Preston's office seems more proactive at avoiding various eventualities--they ask us rather than our having to ask about ideas or options. Lastly, the larger, multi-generational firm is much more likely to be around to help our heirs than the last one we were using. Having been through estate settlements before, having someone who knows the details and provides assistance makes life so much easier for those left behind. We also liked the ongoing subscription/monthly fee--some may not need it, but our situation has a volatile business and family structure, so it's great knowing that we can (and probably will) change some details each year. It's been less than 12 months so far, but we think we made the right decision.

The Prestons are great folks, and JM and the whole crew are truly excellent; very friendly and helpful, and they are very good and thorough at what they do. They are even very patient with crazy clients like me, who are so busy it takes us ridiculous amounts of time to ever get around to doing what we are supposed to do with/for them to help us. Offices are very nice, warm, and comfortable too. All around highly recommended!

Trust and Wills are not something you look forward to and isn't a simple decision to make because of the number of potential providers. Finding Preston Estate Planning was a informative process and decision after their podcast covering a variety of subjects. We decided to start the process with them, which we are into the last few phases of the process. Support has been excellent, always helping along the way. Preston has combined the best of technology and legal expertise. My estate is complicated so I had the documents Preston did for me reviewed. They passed with flying colors. I especially like the ability to have annual reviews. The cost was very fair. In person attorneys did my previous estate plans (3) . I took a chance using a firm through the internet and am very happy with my decision. Highly recommend.
