I met Atty. John Preston when he reviewed my parents living trust. I saw how he reviewed & discussed each section of their living trust & explained any issues with it. Apparently, their living trust was not tailored to what they want & need. When dad passed away, we were assisted in updating the family trust & any legal documents to be filed. I found Preston Estate planning during COVID through a webinar. Their webinar convinced me to sign up with them. I began the process with an interview and soon my trust documentation arrived. I reviewed it and submitted the changes. Once this was done, they provided a local notary and the trust was notarized, and given a final review for any omissions or necessary corrections. There was never a rush but I did get gentle reminders (sometimes it’s hard to finish this type of paperwork about oneself and making those final decisions). They are forever patient. I found the trust documentation so complete and they seem to cover everything (and I have a very modest estate). Any questions were answered promptly telephonically or by email. They have a yearly plan and I strongly support it, giving me the assurances of asking questions, doing changes and updates with no or at a minimal cost. They have a monthly newsletter and monthly webinars reviewing important estate questions. You can watch live or review at your leisure. I live about 100 miles away so in a sense I was lucky to find them and I appreciate their patience and guidance.
