John Preston and his Preston Estate Planning firm has given my husband and I complete confidence in the workings of our trust. They updated our original trust, added areas that we were unaware of, and reassured us that our family will be protected in the event of our passing.Their staff was very understanding and I plan to continue with their yearly service. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently asked Preston Estate Planning to prepare an update to our existing family living trust. Our first meeting was with the senior partner/founder John M. Preston who reviewed with us the items needing to be updated. Notes were taken and we were given an opportunity to review the notes to make sure that all information needing to be reflected in the updated document were correct. After this we were presented with a draft copy of the updated documents for review, followed by a meeting to clarify questions and sign the documents. Finally, we were offered consultation for funding and the inclusion of instructions for distribution of personal effects. The trust included a restatement of our Wills and Advanced Directives. We found Preston Estate Planning to be very professional and our updated documents to be very detailed and complete. Payment for the preparation of the updated living trust was in two stages, half paid initially, the other half paid upon receipt of the updated documents. We opted for the annual retainer which gives us the right to future notification of important legal changes that affect living trusts, consultation whenever questions arise and assures us of assistance with the settlement of the trust. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Preston Estate Planning to anyone seeking legal assistance to create or update their family trust.

I already had a trust in place, but one day I saw a video on social media from JM Preston Estate Planning and an offer to listen to their free seminar. Even though I'm pretty skeptical about such seminars, I decided to sign up and listen to see what they had to say. The information they shared was very educational for me. I had no idea how uninformed I was. I had them look at my current trust and because of a missing document, I decided to redo my trust and incorporate the new features I learned from JM Preston that my current trust did not have. I like the monthly seminars they give on various topics and learn something new every time. Their concierge is excellent! She answers my questions impressively fast. They also send out a newsletter to keep us informed on various topics. I'm very pleased to have found JM Preston Estate Planning. I highly recommend them.

My first experience with John Preston probably in the early 80's was listening to John being interviewed on Money Talk by Bill Holland as to why a trust is a good choice to past your assets on after you are gone our family has had several trusts drew up by Preston Estate Planning and two separate trusts 25 years apart when family members passed away went very smoothly to close out the trusts I would recommend using Preston Estate Planning to draw up your trust because Trust in your attorney is the most important thing in setting up your trust

This firm is amazing. My parents have worked with them for many years. When my step-father passed, I reached out to Preston to help me with the tasks that followed. They were kind, patient, and understanding as I worked through all the paperwork. They were never too busy to answer my questions and also helped me calm down when realities threatened to overwhelm me. My experience working with this firm was so good that I had them update my trust. It was a simple and stress-free process. I strongly recommend this firm to help you with your estate planning needs.

Always a top notch, professional experience. I attended a presentation from John Preston years ago, waited til I had assets worth protecting, and hired them to create my will and trust over 10 years ago. Too important a subject to go with a firm less up-to-date and less experienced than Preston Estate Planning.

My first contact with Preston Estate Planning was as a mobile notary. I received assignments from them to go to their clients home and notarize their trust documents. Some of those clients became friends, mainly because of repeat visits when they made other changes. That gave me the opportunity get their views on Preston. I had made my own trust online, but talking to Preston’s clients made me realize that my trust had more holes than a colander. So, we took the plunge and signed up with them. They are extremely well organized. They walk you through the entire process from identifying your assets to how to change ownership from individual to trust and everything in between. They have two programs that I like. One is the Life Plan, at a nominal fee, which allows you to modify or update your trust at no cost. The second is the ongoing education through Q&A Webinars at which they cover a subject and then open it to Q&A about the talk or anything else.
