My wife and I did out first trust with Preston Estate Planning back in the 1990's. As our situation has changed, we've updated out trust several times; always with Preston. I especially like their monthly video conferences that let me stay up-to-date with changes in the laws.

Thank you for having this seminar. It was very helpful for my kids in understanding of what I am doing though your firm. Absolutely informative. Our first meeting with Preston Estate Planning. We were welcomed by Dawn Burns who made us feel we were in the "right" place. We then met with Attorney John Preston and after a few minutes of going through my original Trust and Will he knew exactly what was needed to be done, with his expertise he drew out a diagram that explained so well, a Restatement and a Power of Appointment. Everyone works as a team and answers emails in time and in detail. It is so nice to see Father John Preston and Son JM Preston work together. The Life Plan and the Webinars are very informative and helpful that make Preston Estate Planning an outstanding Company and a cut way above the rest. My son and I praise and honor Preston Estate Planning for preparing my Trust and Will like "A Sherman Tank" I bet My Husband up above is proud of me I did right to protect our hardearned assets. Great Law Firm rapid responses to my questions up to date and everything very efficient and kind

I especially enjoyed this month's video on Emergency Medical Documents Accessibility since I had to have an emergency hernia repair. I had forgotten about the medical card in my wallet. Two questions: is it possible to have more than one medical power of attorney? (I have 2 sons and would like both to have the power) Is it possible to get the medical card for each power of attorney person? It is great to know I can ask these questions and get an answer.
