I am a second generation client, more than satisfied with Preston Estate Planning. From reception, front office, to all of the trust attorneys...the best there is. You would be making a huge mistake if you go elsewhere. Continuously keeping clients informed of the ever-changing laws and or policy changes.

I am impressed that Mr. Preston has thought of all kinds of problems that come up in normally planned estates that are not solvable. He has structured his trusts to deal with these problems. I thought this firm charged too much when I first met with them but I can tell you now that it was worth every penny we paid plus a lot more. Back when I was shopping for another firm to replace the one that wrote my original trust and then went out of business; I didn't really understand that most other firms can write a trust for you but that is the last time you ever hear from them.
