As usual a wonderful talk, several subjects were presented and the explanations were wonderful->in plain English, NO legalese.... so easy to understand for everybody.

We have been clients of Preston Estate Planning since 1991. After we were involved in the settlement of both our parents' estates, we have come to appreciate the comprehensiveness of our Preston prepared estate planning documents. Their emphasis on educating clients and ensuring our documents are updated as laws and personal situations change will be invaluable to those we leave behind or who have to provide care if we are no longer capable. Despite us living in Northern California, Preston through the use of technology is able to support our estate planning needs from their offices in San Diego. The Preston Team is great!

At first I thought they were looking down on my lack of knowledge on trust since we had our trust updated previously, and could not justify the cost for redoing the trust again. However when I gave it a little more thought it was like a light bulb suddenly went bright. All they do is trusts, do not try to sell me additional life insurance, mutual funds, annuities etc. , just good honest current legal advice. I have never been reluctant to ask questions, and they are good at providing an answer. Sometime I speak to two different people on the same subject to really get my question answered. Since Coronavirus it has taken the company a while to create a good system to handle telephone calls, but after a while employees were really good at getting back to you. They also keep you informed through monthly zoom meetings, which I share with my family. I have had Preston several trusts for me and have recommend them to other members of my family, and close friends..

Know what's going on and readily share what they know so clients are aware and can take appropriate steps. Thank you for keeping us updated on the latest legislation that may change specifics in our trust.

Preston Estate Planning is a hands on estate planning company. It does not simply help you design your trust documents, they are active in its management, and its proper funding and beneficiaries. Further they help you with your estate planning concerns. Navigating through estate planning is arduous and PEP makes that process easier. The seminars and webinars are educational and worthwhile. Great information.

Thank you for answering my insurance question. Although it would not be a factor in our case, the question of creating a Modified Endowment Contract might come up in some. situations. ?? We appreciate having these sessions available. We also encourage our children to watch. Hopefully they get the main message, CALL YOU!
