The annual meeting is always informative and entertaining. The meeting confirms our opinion that our estate planning and trust are complete and in good hands.

Always a worthwhile and educating experience, especially with the Secure Act and other changes this year. Due to the very large audience of 1100 the large screens and video helped those of us in back to see the speakers. The audio was also very good. Even the music selection and volume during the prelude and conclusion periods was not too loud (that was an issue and somewhat annoying during previous years). Use this same audio/visual crew next time as they did an excellent job. John and JM add just enough humor to the information transfer to make the presentation both educational and entertaining although we could have done without the nearly 10 minute digression on hanging degrees in the new team member's office.

My husband and I learned a lot about changes in the law and how the changes would affect us. The presentation was not boring for the presenters had interesting stories to illustrate the points.

I felt the review was worthy of our time and attention. It also answered some questions that had arisen lately for me. I was very happy to go. I also found the interaction to be entertaining.

I highly recommend Preston Estate Planning to anyone wanting estate planning assistance. The cost of preparing legal documents for our estate needs is so very worthwhile and gives me peace of mind that my legal matters are organized for me and my family. Any time I have a question, the members of this firm, including John Preston himself, are responsive to my inquiries and they explain things so that I can understand the legal jargon often used in everyday language. Their monthly newsletters are filled with informative information and their annual seminars are always helpful.

It is not enough to just establish a trust without knowing how the law and regulation changes each year affect your estate. What we enjoy are the yearly educational seminars where they explain the new changes to their clients. Smaller monthly or quarterly events allow more intimate opportunities to ask questions about your particular estate. We feel very confident that our estate is being handled very competently and professionally by Preston Estate Planning.
