This is not only a very professional firm, but we have found their detailed and extensive approach to estate planning to be far more comprehensive than several other firms we contacted. We also like the Life Plan option for keeping everything current, to include anything impacted by legislative, and client's continuing education approach. Highly recommend them!

Glad to find a law office only do estate planning, not one who does everything else with estate planning as a sideline business.
Give you a peace of mind knowing "don't do/change anything" until you have discussed with Preston Planning.
The annual maintenance program keeps/forces ones estate planning up-to-date on an annual basis. Extra costs well worth it!!

My wife and I have learned a great deal from the Preston Estate Planning team. They have given us the tools we need to ensure that our estate will go to our kids and our grand kids. Protecting our assets from becoming community property that might be diluted or lost as a result of divorce or some kind of bankruptcy or liability suit.

I had Preston update our trust after moving here. I am so impressed by their thoroughness. They not only worry about what happens after I’m gone; they also helped me plan for what could happen before I check out of this life. Regular workshops are well worth attending. Others’ questions are sometimes very instructive. We can’t know what we don’t know enough to ask about. Frequently the expansion of an answer to a specific question is very helpful. I also appreciate regular mailings that are topical and that remind me to make updates to the trust as needed.
