I hired Scott Bentley to represent my son un a felony casé in Ventura. Mr. Bentley was able to secure a result which protected my son from immigration consequences. Even more Mr. Bentley was able to get my son released from jail four months before he was due to be released by submitting an electrónic monitoring application.

I came to Mr. Bentley with a very particular case that seemed unbeatable. Thankfully, due to Mr. Bentleys expertise in criminal cases in Ventura County, he was able to get the best possible outcome. I highly recommend using him if you need a criminal defense lawyer and although the circumstances weren’t ideal I was happy to have met such a smart lawyer. Hopefully I won’t need help again but if I do I will for-sure be returning to his offices.
