I was referred to Scott by my employer. When I first met Scott he was cordial and professional. I am a commercial Class A driver. Meaning a good driving record is very important to me. On meeting Scott for the very first time I was upset and frustrated because I had received a citation with no verification. Scott remained calm, hopeful and professional. David recently represented me in my DUI case. From the very beginning, he was professional, intelligent, communicative, and I felt like he really had my best interests in mind. Mr. Martinez was excellent in his knowledge of the vehicle code and helped me to win my case vs. Geico. I was initially deemed liable for an accident, but with the expertise of Mr. Martinez he was able to prove that Geico was wrong in their account, thus the ruling was reversed into my favor and Mr. Martinez got my $1,000 deductible returned.
