I've known Mr. Martinez for over three years. He is one of the most diligent attorneys in Ventura County. He is a fearless advocate in defending his clients, both in going against the Prosecutors and in presenting his clients defense to the Judge. He is always well prepared by researching the law to it's fullest in order to defend the rights of his clients. He is also an excellent civil attorney and has settled many complex cases in favor of his clients. He is the attorney I would turn to if ever I needed one.

He did his job very well, kept my family up to date, and explained every detail clearly. He really helped a lot and I am glad to have had him as our lawyer.

I remember a time when I was on top of the world. Everything I touch turned to gold, any idea I had I knew would be successful. Those were the days I thought I was untouchable, and quite honestly I was. I had found success, financial security and was living the life I always wanted. I was providing for my kids making my family proud did not have a care in the world.
