This law firm has been exceptional in handling my case. The level of professionalism and legal expertise was remarkable in both Mr. Swartz and his legal secretary, Mitzi went above and beyond. They were always there to answer my questions and kept me well-informed about my case. I can’t say enough great things about them as they not only met my expectations but far exceeded them. I researched and vetted recommendations. Robert Sherwin handled the Work Comp side, and Tom Wicke handled the disability retirement side. If I had ANY questions or concerns, I would either call, or email and would ALWAYS get an answer. Mostly on the same day. Jessica, Sharron, Debbie and Kathy were my "go to ladies". THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!! This firm is not like most firms. Most firms take your money and it's hard to get a hold of them. Not this firm. They care about their clients!!! I am thankful for the knowledge and expertise of Vanessa Cooksey and her staff. My case was probably very typical in that my employer denied my claim from the start even though there was clear medical evidence of injury. Bob Sherwin and his staff have taken great care of my family for over 25 years. His secretary Sharon does a fantastic job of calming me down so I can focus when the work comp adjusters or "utilization review" don't concur with the doctors and deny care. Then Bob steps in and lets me know what is most likely going to happen with my case. He has been correct time and time again. I suffered from a undiscovered heart arrhythmia but knew something was wrong so I filed a Workers Compensation case and immediately called LMWSL.
