Over my career I have had to deal with several injuries and surgeries. Robert Sherwin represented me and I was able to get the coverage needed. Nearing retirement I had to have knee replacements and I knew it was time to retire. Thomas Wicke helped me with a disability retirement and sure made the process easier. Everyone in the office is great and I believe they are the best firm to represent you.

I was referred to this firm after I received a work related shoulder injury, and was connected to attorney Adam Turner. I had always heard how difficult it was to get a hold of your attorney in workers compensation, which can be frustrating if you have urgent or simple questions you want answered promptly. Dealing with the WC system sure enough did have its frustrations, and my shoulder pain kept me up at nights. However, Adam made it so much easier, was quick to respond to any questions I had, and quick to deal with any appeals issues that came up. My case is finished, I believe I received an excellent result.

Vanessa Cooksey was my attorney, and overall I really appreciate all of her help. My case was settled to my satisfaction. When I had questions, and there were many, she was very helpful in explaining what was going on in my case. She was extremely helpful and informative when we went to court. I only have one small criticism. At one point, I felt as if my case had been misplaced. There was a period of time when I was unsure as to my status and there appeared to be a lull, but once I made a phone call to re-ignite the pilot, my case picked up steam and my case was settled, and again pretty much to my satisfaction.
