My wife and were leisurely riding our motorcycle with my brother and sister in-law on their bike. An individual in a car crossed the centerline on a 2 lane country road, and put all four of us in the hospital. My wife got the worst of it. She was flown to the hospital and nearly died. She is now a quad with an amputated leg. Our family contacted Jason and he took care of all our needs, and has been helping us for the past 12 plus years as needed. Jason is an attorney that I would confidently recommend to anyone. A great attorney, and a great person.

I was injured in a car accident caused by an uninsured driver. While sitting at a red light, waiting to turn left, the driver wasn't paying any attention and plowed into the rearend of my car. It was a severe accident, totalling my vehicle and leaving me unconscious. When I came-to, I was being attended to by emergency medical providers and the police were there. I had no recollection of what happened. I was confused about what was going on and people were asking me questions that I could answer. Let me tell you, when that happens to you, the anxiety and worry starts immediately. I was in intense pain from my neck and shoulder for many months and my medical bills were adding up. I could not work for quite awhile, but as a self-employed person I had to figure out how to get my work done. Compounding all of this was the fact that the other driver had no insurance. I call Jason Waechter, whom a friend of mine said was the guy to talk to about car accidents and uninsured drivers. I'm glad I did, because my own insurance company was doing everything they could to get out of paying. You would be shocked at the lengths insurance companies will go to in order to stick it to you when you need them. Jason wouldn't let that happen. In Michigan, when you're in a car accident and the other driver doesn't have insurance, you have to go to your own insurance company for compensation. It's how Michigan no-fault works (make sure you are properly covered in case of uninsured motorist accident). My own aut insurance company did not want to pay anything but the absolute minimum they could get away with, forcing us to bring a lawsuit against them. Believe me, you want Jason on your side if you ever have to do a lawsuit against your insurance company. While they made ridiculously low offers, Jason was putting together a real case. He tried to settle with them several times, but they continued to balk. When we went in for our pretrial conference, and he discussed his case with them, the insurance company lawyers all of a sudden changed their minds. Jason held them to the grindstone, he came out with a settlement that was tens of thousands of dollars more than his previous offers of settlement. I was very pleased with his methodical work, his communications, and his ability to reason with the parties involved. I even more pleased that he was able to get me the compensation I needed. My experience working with John Leader could not have been better! My case (including all of the Appeals) lasted over 7 years. Throughout the entire process (which was very emotional and difficult for me), John was knowledgeable, communicative, yet understanding and comforting in regards to what I was going through. Last but not least....we won our case (which had never been done before against this entity), and prevailed through 3 appeals! The judgement exceeded all of our expectations. Mark Gallagher genuinely cares about his clients. He took the time to listen, really listen while I shared what happened with him. Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed.
After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me.
We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts.
There was a point when I didn’t like the doctor I was working with and in less than an hour I had appointments with another office who made me feel comfortable.
After three months I have no out of pocket medical expenses and we are working for a fair compensation. I feel respected and valued, I feel trust in the process laid out for me, and in the action taken to follow that plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Be careful thanking people for gifts that they give you. I thanked someone for their gift and what a nightmare it turned out to be. I explained the situation to a State Attorney Rotarian friend and asked him who would he use. “The man for you is Louis B. ‘Buck’ Vocelle Jr.” Buck and his knowledgeable staff was there every step of the way. Buck returned phone calls promptly, arranged his schedule to fit us in (even when he was busy), and kept us apprised of every new development throughout our association. We went through arbitration and came to a settlement that was best in the long run. Without Buck’s confidence and expertise in this situation I don’t know how I would have made it. I was wrongly accused by a local politician ( a lawyer) of participating with an election group (ECO 527). This politician sued the group and included me in the lawsuit. I hired Mr. Vocelle to represent me. He immediately initiated actions to remove me from the lawsuit. He was very methodical and systematic in his successful efforts to remove me from the lawsuit.
He won a summary judgement in my behalf against the plaintiff ( the politician) and won the subsequent appeal. This judgement included legal fees which the plaintiff
now owes.
During this stressful time, Mr. Vocelle answered every question I asked and took the time to respond to every call I made (which were A LOT !!). He also explained all the legal procedures I went through in "layman" terms. He was a very positive influence during the whole process.
I would highly recommend him for any legal issue.

After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable.
I called many different law firms and they would not take my case. It was looking very gloomy until someone recommended Will Inman to me. He acts swiftly when necessary and knows when to ride out the process. This professional behavior is the result of a man who understands how to deal with the minutia of law.
As someone who is struggling, this is very important because I feel anxious about how long everything takes and whether or not I'll be able to provide for my future because my original plans no longer matter since having a life-changing accident. I switched from another attorney because of lack of communication. I have both of my attorneys personal cell phone numbers and can contact them anytime, this makes me feel very involved in my case.They got me to a Dr. who has a upstanding reputation, and will not only help my case but actually care how I want to handle my medical treatment. When they took my case they also took my 3 childrens cases over from the other law office because it was already settled but we had been waiting more than 2 months to set up their accounts. The Palmer law office not only set up the accounts without a fee, they found that there was over $2000, that was unaccounted for in all the court documents the other office did, so my kids got a lot more than we had agreed on. You tell me, where WOULD that money had gone?
When you speak to them they are so personable yet professional, but that makes me feel so good about having them on my side is it's so obvious they have three things that we do not see enough of... An amazing work ethic, values and morels. I carry their cards everywhere because after dealing with the other attorneys office, I want everyone to get the genuine treatment I get!

He took my car accident case even though a previous attorney I had years ago for another case told me it wasn't worth his time (his actual words) as I had pre-existing conditions and probably wouldn't get much at all. Mr. Eaton took my case and I got far more than the other attorney had estimated, giving me peace of mind as my medical bills were more than adequately covered. :-) Both he and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. After the sudden loss of my husband, I met with an attorney to try to determine any action I might take. How refreshing. We had a ton of questions for a Workman's Comp/Retirement issue and only had one day in which to make our decision. We called Kraig late in the day on a Thursday afternoon and he was beyond patient with us plus took the time to explain everything in great detail. He explained that in our particular case we probably wouldn't come out ahead to hire him, but did give us tips on how to negotiate ourselves with Workman's Comp. Who does that? He did not try to up sell us, sign us or give us grandiose expectations, simply straight talked and gave us our best options. Thank you Kraig. We choose your law firm at random from internet listings but will recommend and choose your law firm in the future because of your compassion and the professional interaction we had with you. My husband even commented how nice it was you didn't seem like you were trying to get rid of us once it was determined we weren't hiring you.
