I was Involved in a car accident in accident in May of 2018 in St. Petersburg FL where a car ran the stop sign and I ran into him. I injured my neck and back. I called Armando and his team. He was able to meet with me personally and right away and he's never hard to get a hold of. He helped me find medical care to help me with my injuries. Once I got better the insurance company didn't want to pay me for my injuries. Armando and his team had to file suit and take the insurance company and the other driver to court. We were able to agree once the insurance company paid the maximum amount under the policy. Thank you Armando and team! You guys are great!

During the years I needed Mr. Phillip Chalker expertise on three separate occasions. First, with a tenant that refused to leave the property. Secondly, was with a contract release of a shady management company. Finally, a mutual lease break with multi-tenants. I was searching for a personal injury lawyer to represent me after being hit by a car in March 2020. I found Mr. Myers through a mutual friend. He and his staff were very professional throughout the process and their communication was very transparent,. They allowed me to focus on recovering from my accident, while they handled the paperwork and negotiations with the insurance companies. Some legal questions arose during a conversation with a potential client for my small company. I needed the opinion and legal advice from an employment and labor attorney, but the thing is that I needed those in a timely manner for me to attend another meeting with the potential client the next day, with enough knowledge on how to proceed with certain contracts. I found him here at Avvo, contacted him, and explained the time-sensitive nature of my request. He was able to momentarily postpone other commitments to work for me on reviewing documents and giving me his opinion and suggestion for the best approach.

I was in a car accident and was recommended by an attorney by my family. He gave me little hopes of winning my case and made me cry with his negative hopes knowing the accident was not my fault. He sent me a letter informing he was dropping my case. I was devastated and started praying for justice because I was not well at all health wise. When my therapist finally convinced me to apply for disability I had already eaten through my savings in denial and was in a pretty bad place (though thankfully was safe and had a roof over my head, but I wasn't doing very well otherwise). I was overwhelmed and not sure how to proceed. My mother is a nurse so she asked around for colleagues who knew about the process, and one recommended Mr. Silverman - that was the best stroke of luck I could have asked for.
He was thorough and businesslike, on top of everything, kept meticulous records and chased every possible avenue. But he was also patient with me, sympathetic, and possessed of a humanity and no-nonsense humbleness you wish you could get in your doctors let alone your attorney. I probably felt more embarrassed about my situation than he did, and he tirelessly did the necessary research not only to know exactly what to do, what I was entitled to by law, and how to go about it, but also what things I needed to focus on to make sure the proper authoritative channels understood my situation in a way that was meaningful to them (important when you're an adult with a late ADHD diagnosis- he sifted through my chatter and knew which things were the needed information and which were not).
Through the whole long process, he was there getting things done, rolling with the inevitable snags and figuring out how to get over those hurdles, and keeping me up to date on what was happening, even letting me know now and then he was still on things just because it had been a while and we were still waiting. I never could have done it on my own, but I'm also confident he went above and beyond and strongly recommend specifically this man to help you out with legal advice. Knowing I had him in my corner kept me calm through the journey and I recently got my first disability payment, which hopefully will be the start of me getting a better handle on my health now that the millstone of supporting myself is lifted from my shoulders.
When he told me these reviews helped others find him I couldn't click the page fast enough. Hire him, I promise you won't be sorry, and I want him to be successful and happy forever because he really helped me out through something very difficult, and I don't care if it is his job I'll be grateful forever, he did a great job and he's a good bloke in my book.

I went to Mr. Silverman after losing my first appeal for disability, as most people do. Sam explained the processes, what he would be doing, kept me informed as the case moved along thru the appeals process to a successful conclusion in a hearing in front of a judge.

I contacted Russell R. Hatten after being involved in an automobile accident in which I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. Upon impact I was then pushed into the vehicle in front of me, causing me to rear-end that vehicle. Mr. Hatten was able to navigate the situation to make sure the party at fault for these two collisions took responsibility. Myself, having a chronic back issues, needed medical treatments to address my injuries resulting from the accident. However, the cost of these treatments exceeded the coverage provided by by uninsured motor policy. At least that is what I thought. Turns out the medical facility was charging me nearly four times what should have been charged. Mr. Hatten was able to negotiate the initial cost down to what is considered fair. I was then able to receive the treatment needed to begin my road to recovery. Without Mr. Russell Hatten's help I fear that I would have been left unable to pay for the costs of my treatments. I cannot thank the Chalat Hatten & Banker firm enough. I was truly someone in great need and they were there to provide that help. I would highly recommend Chalat Hatten & Banker, PC to anyone who is in need of legal advice.

I was shattered after a terrible snowboarding accident in which I got hit by a beginner snowboarder. This snowboarder smashed my foot, dislocated it, tore all the ligaments, broke it in several spots and shattered my cartilage. I was devastated after realizing my health insurance was a scam and my foot required several surgeries, many months of physical therapy, and the loss of my ability to continue my work in the same way, if at all. My life flashed before my eyes wondering how I would ever be successful again while the bills piled up and my foot, walking ability and driving ability was completely hindered and lost. My lawyer Russell went above and beyond to insure that I not only would have my massive medical bills paid for, but that I would also have compensation for my pain and suffering, lost wages and extra money to help with my life change. He was very personable and communicated with me about what to expect, the time line and fought for what I deserved. Russell was able to get me the full amount that was possible but without the pain and struggle of a trial and he got it for me in a timely manner. This timely manner was a big deal for me as I maxed out all my credit cards and had no wages coming in due to the accident. I was injured on a charity motorcycle ride. I was severely injured. I underwent multiple surgeries. I was close to death many times. I was on life support. I lived in the hospital and a rehab facility for awhile. I could barely move. I had multiple surgeries. After the first few surgeries I had multiple boxes of multiple reams of paper from the medical records of this event. I tried to handle my claim myself because the total limit amounts were far less then my damages. The insurance companies were trying to get over on me. It took weeks to summon enough energy to call and deal with the insurance people and the claim process. After getting the run around from the insurance companies I had thoroughly researched the top lawyers in Oregon. I contacted most of these super lawyers and lawyers with prestigious accolades who are considered the best. For the most part they treated my situation as just another case. I came across Travis Mayor who is also a Super Lawyer with many prestigious accolades as well. I called the office of Travis Mayor and spoke with his kind receptionist.
