My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. The family was placing tremendous pressure on her to do just that. She approached me and requested that I find her an attorney that would limit the law suit solely to the amount her best friend’s insurance would pay and would not go after all of her best friend’s assets. After some extensive research I referred her to Roy Comer. I was leery of retaining an Attorney for my auto accident initially. I called several offices before getting to Law Offices of Sheryl L Burke. My call was immediately met with warmth, compassion and concern. I knew right then, this was my firm. I started of calling everyday, sometimes more than once a day. Those calls were not always answered but were always returned. With every call, I continued to feel like they really cared about me and my situation. Lashandra is an excellent attorney. She made sure me and my family was taken care of while I go to multiple stays in the hospital ,nursing home and after I lost my job when I would return she make sure I was still talking care of to. Mr Jenkins took my insurance case on a contingency with a highly successful conclusion. My insurance company initially rejected my claim because they attributed the damage to wear and tear and not to any claim related cause. But they were no match for my Mr Jenkins and his highly talented staff. Mr Jenkins had his own experts make examinations and knew he had the law on his side and how to counter the insurance rejection. Ultimately we settled giving me more than enough to complete the repairs.

I wanted to make sure I write a review for Jordon Harlan after completion of my case as I believe he is absolutely the best attorney in San Diego specially in the areas of employment law and medical malpractice.
As a physician with a complicated and difficult medical legal case, I had interviewed multiple attorneys with very high recommendations and great reviews from various sources such as family members, friends and websites such as superlawyer/yelp. However, after speaking with Jordon, I knew immediately that I only wished for him to take my case.
First of all, Jordon is excellent at communication and extremely efficient at returning phone calls and replying to emails. He is very knowledgeable and knows the employment and insurance/medical malpractice law in great detail. He can explain complicated legal issues with great ease and simplicity and finds solutions for complicated legal issues with a great degree of competence that I found very reassuring throughout my case. First of all if any one is ever involved in an accident dont let your insurance deal with the other insurance for a compensation for you, the best thing you can do is definetely let a professional handle it and who better than Wilshire Law Firm they helped me with a motorcycle accident i was riding from work to get a haircut and go home and who would've known i never made it to that appointment a Pick up Truck from a Tow company was lurking in a drive way with my motorcycle experience i knew he was going to totally ignore me turn right and drive down the road so i went to the farest lane but little did i know he had other plans he did ignore me but instead of making a right turn he went forward and then made a left turn when i noticed that it was already too late crashed against the side of the truck i flew almost 20 feet straight over the truck broke both my wrists, femur, toe and bruised my back. I had to decline the ambulance because i know how much they cost went to emergency and the next morning called Wilshire Law Firm they came within 1 to 2 hours a representative showed up to my door explained me everything and just a couple signatures later i was in good hands they made my appointments with the Drs. In my case was Sammimi Orthopedic 5 stars to him too. After a year of fighting ended up getting a really good settlement. Wilshire Law Firm helped me to not need to get stressed dealing with the insurance making dr appointments and the best part getting a good settlement and not the same as i would've got if i let the insurance handle it.

I am a Utah resident. While driving through Nevada, I was cited for a moving violation. I contacted Steve Dixon for representation, and he was able to negotiate a lower fine and while having the charge reduced to a non-moving violation (i.e., this means my insurance rates wouldn't go up, I didn't have to worry about points on my driving record, etc.).
He was very patient and always kept me informed regarding the status of my case. Though my situation didn't carry dire legal consequences, I still feel that Steve made my case a priority and treated it with the utmost attention and care.

Oaks law firm gave me one of the greatest experiences ever. No one is happy having a car accident it’s not an easy process dealing with insurances and doing a bunch of he said she said. Matt the attorney and his staff were beyond amazing it was slow at times but progress was being done. Cases take time and Matt and his staff made sure all my questions were answered and if I needed help with anything. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for choosing them as my lawyers. From the moment I contacted Mr. Nezhad's office, they were with me every step of the way. First they helped me get examined with the right people. My car was totaled in my accident and Mr. Nezhad quickly and painlessly helped me take care of replacing my car. He helped me obtain a rental and dealt with all the details. The paperwork and time I needed to spend was minimal. The area I work is different from where I live. Mr. Nezhad's office was able to find and schedule Dr and chiropractic appointments for me in both cities in convenient locations. I was very impressed they were able to find appointments for me since I work in a very very small town! Throughout the process, I was always kept in the loop with excellent communication and I could always reach someone easily when needed. We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. We had a great experience working with Mr. Liao. He was so knowledgeable and try to accommodate us at a time that we requested. When my mom and I had into car accident, my husband contacted his office and got us an appointment to speak with Mr. Liao. He listened to us with no rush. After reading many positive reviews, I connected with Allister after my mother was hit by a San Mateo Recology garbage truck. The truck completely totaled her car and left her traumatized.
