I spoke to Mr. Gowdey over the phone and requested his help in getting a case dropped for a friend that got into some trouble in Vegas. He was hired through phone conversation only and did exactly what he said he would do. My friend didn't have to return to Nevada to appear and her case was dismissed as promised. We were both very pleased with the outcome.

I was involved in an accident in 2021 in which another vehicle ran the stop light and crashed into me. The result was injury to back that resulted in therapy. I contacted Mr. Thompson and After talking with him, I retained him to handle my case. For two years he worked diligently with this case, never tiring or giving up even when I felt like it. He gathered all the necessary information, followed up on anything that came into his office and ultimately when we had to go to court, he helped me ease my anxiety of court and prepare myself.

OUTSTANDING! is the One word that sums up working with Attorney Joseph Troy and the Habush, Habush and Rottier office in Appleton WI. My personal injury case involved a man in a hurry backing out of his driveway right in front of me as I’m riding on my bike. I originally went searching for a lawyer that would bring a voice to my wife's pain from her accident. A voice to my anger having to take off of work to talk to the manager of Enterprise because the insurance company pulled out of their agreement for our car rental. Or the piling medical bills we began to be faced with on top of our income. I found a video bio on Anthony Skemp whom among being a lawyer was a college coach on the side. His confidence and dedication is what suggested to me a man of morals and conviction. Our journey with Anthony took more than months and the only thing I can say is you get so much more than a lawyer with Tony. Hes truly educated but also passionate of the law. Many times myself and Tony clashed over principles and philosophies however each time Anthony took the time to break down how the law actually works something as someone outside the law would not understand like myself. Attorney Basler was recommended to me and shepherded me through a divroce. My divorce was lengthy and my ex wife tried to throw about everything she could at me. Attorney Basler was excellent in assisting in response and always stressed the long game. He was right, and in the end, his advice proved very correct and I ended up getting the better of my ex wife.
We never got to trial, thanks largely to Attorney Basler's work, thank heavens. Attorney Basler navigated the opposing attorney's legal onslaught excellently and through his and his assistant's professionalism, made opposing counsel and her firm look bush league.
In summary, extreme professionalism, mastery navigaton of tactics, and though it thankfully never came to it, I think Attorney Basler would have owned opposing council in a trial. Highly recommended.

My son was taken from his mother by DCFS I didn’t know this happened until 4 and half month after he was placed in a strangers house ! And this was the second DCFS case the first one I was the victim that didn’t press charges or show up to the case because my logic was I was the victim in that case so how do I need to show up ? Well I was very wrong and my rights to my son were limited to 1 supervised visit per year! So for 4 years I was basically paying her to see my kid and I was paying large sums of money to do so. When I showed up to court, the court provided me with so free but terrible lawyer I left court and was reaching out to her and her office with no response calling 4-5 times a day for over a week and that wasn’t gonna work! So I literally meet or had phone conversations with every attorney that deals with these type of cases and I only had a good feeling about Matt so I retained him he promised to get me full custody of my son and we came up with a solid game plan and instructed me every step of the way he was also was my therapist and a very patient friend because I too was in the system when I was a child so I was very hard to witness my child going through the same traumatic situation , Long story short Sole physical custody and the mom only gets a 4 hour visit per month this was my dream and it’s a reality now !!!

Very thankful for the time and attention on my case! My case is very complex and multifaceted. I was struck in a hit-and-run car accident. They never caught the person. My car was totaled, I had a bad concussion and upper body injuries. My insurance did not want to cover much at all. So I was referred to Attorney rouse by a good friend of my mother. I’m a cdl driver so I was looking for someone to help me with a major traffic violation that could have my license revoked for a long time. I called Mr. Rouse and he was very open about how we could go about things and what we should do moving forward with the case. He actually was very reasonable with pricing and worked with me as far as my budget. He advised me before I went to court to take a driver improvement course and to do some community service to make it a little easier on myself before going in front of the judge.this was actually great advice. We went to court and to my surprise the clerks and judge knew him on first name basis(that made me feel good) everything that he asked for , the judge granted. I left the court room only with a 300 dollar fine and no points on my cdl. Well later that night I didn’t know the rules as far as punishment for serious violations for cdl drivers. I check the dds and my cdl is suspended for 10 years, for a major lifetime violation. I immediately called attorney rouse and informed him. He advised me that the only thing we possibly could do was withdraw the plea. Normally with most lawyers, after the case is closed you have to pay another fee just to consult again. Attorney rouse was at the court house the next morning, I met him there and we withdrew the plea. Days passed by and I was weary because i was in fear of losing my livelihood. Attorney rouse advised me that since the head solicitor was not willing to give us a lesser please maybe we should try a bench trial. In my head when I think of trial, if you lose it could be bad for you. Of course this came with another fee, I really didn’t wanna try it but I took a step out in faith and trusted attorney rouse’s suggestion. We went to the bench trial and attorney rouse ate them alive. He told me months before, “ you could possibly beat this off of a technicality” I’m thinking nah man I’m cooked! Attorney rouse did his research and I walk out of the court room acquitted, all charges dropped. Before the trial attorney rouse and I talked about the fans leaving the stadium in the at the Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa game and they still won. I’m not gonna lie I thought I was doomed but I watched him work in that court room for 2 hours straight, objection after objection…. When we walked out he looked at me and said you left the stadium but we won in OT! Hire this firm…. We highly recommend this guy. He’s straight up and down

I had a complicated criminal case that changed through the course of the two year case. Mr Rouse handles things in a professional manner comprehensive explanation of the situation once its time to handle his business he does just that I thought I was going to prison but he was able to get my sentance into something manageable. After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. No one really wants to go through any family/custody battles. So when I was faced with this issues I had no choice but to retain an attorney. After numerous hours/days of research I found the Dorsey Law Firm.
I came to Mr. Dorsey with a lot of uncertainty with my impending custody case. During my consultation Mr. Dorsey was fully tuned in and very attentive. He answered every question I had very confidently. After I retained Mr. Dorsey, his team and himself started working on the case promptly. They filed an emergency motion and was able to get a hearing for temporary custody within a few weeks. I was granted temporary custody until the outcome of the final hearing.
In Preparation for the final hearing Mr. Dorsey and the team were with me every step of the way. They reassured me of the potential outcome, instilled confidence in myself and the direction of the case. During the final hearing Mr. Dorsey was very thorough, firm, and fully prepared.
