Shane was referred to me after a car accident that happened my senior year of high school. Right after the accident Shane took the time to explain how the procedure worked and to not stress about our medical expenses and to focus on getting better. Following the accident I attended physical therapy for three months and saw four total physicians. Shane took detailed account of all of the expenses and physicians. Although the process took some time Shane was very detailed. Any time I had questions or needed to reach out he was there to follow up with me. I was very happy with how smooth this case was and I’m very happy with the results he got me from my case. I’d recommend his services to anyone that needs help after an accident. Due to him I was able to recover from my accident, have proper care, and make a little bit of money to pay off my new car and still have left over. Even if results take time he will make sure he gives you the best care starting out and all the way to the end of our case

I was the victim of a car accident where the driver blew through a red light and hit me on the passenger side, in which at the time I was 28 weeks pregnant. Shane was very professional and knowledgeable regarding auto accident injury claims and how to navigate the claim to get the best possible results. I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. He and his team never made false promises, and were always honest with me and my family. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. But, Mr. Hark never stopped fighting and I am appreciative of that. He held up his word all throughout the process. You can see his determination and tenacity speak through his words, and that drive also permeate through his team. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I was in an auto accident while visiting family in Southern California with both cars being totaled. It took a while to decide to contact an attorney. Karthik Krishnan was the second lawyer I consulted with about my case and I wish he had been the first. Upon consultation with the first lawyer, who mislead me, I made a decision that would impact my case negatively. When Karthik got involved he brought in his professionalism, intelligence and expertise with him to the Van Nuys court. Even though my case also had to do with Canadian immigration it did not slow Karthik down, he was always prepared. Karthik remembered details of my case, with immediate answers and rebuttals. This man saved my life he preserved my CNA license and fought for me like a pit bull in the courtroom so I would not lose my license from lies to Lara. He is very mean but he is very good in the courtroom!!! I say mean in a good way though, just fighting people the legal way!!! Watch out for jealousy in the workplace if they know you're more qualified than them, they will literally lie on you to hurt you so bad. Fighting against lies!!!! Well it finally happened to me on having a wreck in Houston. Inevitably, I got plowed into by a tow truck who ran a red light. Mr. Sears is very knowledgeable about Special Education and what schools should be providing their students. As someone who is a well versed parent of a child with special needs, I felt that I was still not getting what my child needed in school. I struggled to get the school to understand and work with my child that I became so frustrated and my child was suffering daily. I contacted Mr. Sears for help to see if there was anything he can do. He helped me navigate the whole process beginning to end until everything my child needed was provided by the school.
