Andrea Sugar is the best lawyer I saw ever, professional, responsible, reply quickly and very cooperative and compassionate. I had a divorce case with her. It was done so fast less than 6 months. She was very professional and experienced in the court. It was so easy and fast case. And my financial experience with her was perfect. I was so worried about this part. Extremely professional and compassionate! If she says is going to do something, she is doing it NOW! Andrea Sugar handled an out of state custody/visitation for us and we were over 700 miles away so if not for google sights such as this one, we would not have found her and went with her on solely the reviews. I would highly recommend hiring Attorney Donald Howard for any of your traffic related issues. I received a ticket for texting and I was not texting but got the ticket anyways because the officer thought "she saw a phone in my hand"....
This happened right before Covid hit and closed all the courtrooms for at least a year. (February 2020)...We plead Not Guilty but our case was delayed until yesterday. There was also a huge mess up with the DMV because they were sending many people license suspension notices claiming people didn't show up at court...This was completely false because the courts never received any of the infractions....Thus there was no court or court dates... To make a long story short Donald took care of everything and put my mind at ease.
The case was also dismissed.
So yes I would highly recommend Donald.

Mr. Mohink is very passionate and serious about his work. He is always on time for hearings and trials. He promptly shares any documents with me so that I am completely up to date on the case. He answered all my concerns in a timely manner so I was never left in the dark. It was an extremely difficult case, and reunification with my son initially seemed hopeless. However with his support and actions, not only did reunification happen after a year, but the whole case ended shortly after. Working with Attorney Philip was an amazing experience. Before meeting Philip, I was in a panic as I had received an offer from as a federal contractor and I had to do an FBI CORI which required fingerprints. I had called the lawyer who had worked on my case and tried to get him to Seal and Update my FBI CORI but his response was “there’s nothing we can do.” That is when I went online to do my research and that’s how I landed on attorney Philip’s website. I read through the testimonies on his website but I had to say, I was skeptical at first because not everything that’s on the internet is real. I followed my gut & called attorney Philip’s office. Philip was extremely knowledgeable about the FBI Sealing and Updating CORI process and he was able to answer all my questions. It felt great working with a lawyer that was confident in his work. Philip returns phone calls and emails promptly. Once I handed all the required documents he needed to work on my case, it took him 5 days to give me the exciting news that my FBI CORI was sealed and that the FBI update will be effective within 17 weeks. I highly recommend Philip and I will hire him again for any legal issues.

I hired Mr. Wallin to handle a very important matter. He came highly recommended and the recommendation was correct! He has over 30 years in practice, including time as a prosecuting attorney. All the DA's and judges know him and respect him. That is just who you want reprenting you. I came to Elliot for a consultation to handle my 10 year old felony case. I hadn't completed the terms of my probation, none of it, and I was ready to turn myself in. As it turned out not only was my felony probation violation open, but also a slew of smaller warrants for traffic violations.
I consulted with a few different attorneys who were all really great but I decided to go with Elliot and I am very glad that I did.
First he met me on a Saturday which was very convenient. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me. He was honest and upfront, didn't make any promises to give me false hope. Which I appreciated as I knew how serious the consequences were going to be.
Leading up to court there were many times that I had questions about our strategy and Elliot was always available to reply via email, and take my calls. It felt like I was his only client.
In front of the judge where it matter the most, Elliot really came through. When my character came into question, he argued fiercely on my behalf. That's when I was 100% sure that I had made the right choice.
In the end I received my best possible outcome, and I have Elliot to thank for that. Out of 4 cases (1 Felony and 3 Misdemeanors) that he handled for me I received positive outcomes in each. I'm extremely fortunate. Every scenario is obviously different and I can't guarantee your outcome. I can however tell you that you can have a little more confidence with Elliot behind you.

I was cited for driving to endanger - negligent operation when I crashed my motorcycle. An application for criminal complaint was filing against me by the Plymouth County Police Department. Dave Flanagan was referred to me by a friend and I soon found out that Dave had experience dealing with cases very similar to mine. He was able to walk me through and explain each step of the process and made sure I understood why I was being charged and how we were going to approach the situation. I live far out-of-state and had an old (but minor) traffic violation ticket that needed to be cleared from my license *in-person*. Obviously, this was not going to be possible for me to travel to NOLA, so I contacted Seth about appearing for me in court to resolve this matter.

Dave Kalabanka is an amazing attorney. When others would not take my case,saying, "it's too difficult" Dave didn't turn me away no matter how difficult it looked. I had a workers comp case pendng, and two MVA cases and we still won in the end.
