Leo Jackson is the best Attorney in the Pocono / Lehigh area!!! I had a worker’s compensation case Mr. Jackson was recommended to me as soon as I met him I knew I could trust him. I was rear ended on 33 North by the Tamaqua exit in a work van and seriously injured my shoulder after a month of rehab needed surgery. My employer started to give me problems so I hired Leo Jackson. E made sure I recieved all the back pay from my employer and from the individual who hit me. Leo jackson went above and beyond for me and made sure I got everything I deserved and then some!! I walked into John's office one day after finding out that my landlord was charging me more than the legal rent-controlled rent. John was incredibly well versed in landlord-tenant law, rent control in particular, and immediately filed a lawsuit for treble damages under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. We ultimately prevailed and I recovered more than three times the amount that I was overcharged, plus all of my attorney fees. I first contacted John when I found out that my landlord had overcharged me for my rent-controlled apartment. He was very well versed in rent control law, and advised me to sue under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. In less than one year, the landlord paid me three times the amount that I was overcharged and all of my attorney fees. I was approved for my settlement from an accident in 2018 it is now in the settlement department my only problem is I got a letter from centers for Medicare services a collection agency for Medicare saying that I owe Medicare $3,900 and something odd dollars they sent me another letter that they took $197 on my social security check and another letter said it will be coming out monthly until this matter is resolved and paid in full it is also accruing interest am I having a hardship with paying my rent and daily living expenses I would just like to know when I can receive my check so everybody's paid off

Chris O’Brien (& his team) are incredibly honest people and tenacious lawyers. After working with him for ~2 years, I can confidently say they’re in this for the right reasons and you want them on your side. I was viciously attacked by a dog (leaving permanent scarring even through layers of clothing) — and the dog owners not only showed no regard for my injuries they tried every trick in the book to avoid taking any responsibility (including moving out of state after the bite was reported). Chris didn’t give up on fighting for me — and ultimately was kind enough to even waive his fees given the final settlement value. My husband and I hired Jason after my husband was in a bad car accident. Mr. Wendell Belknap has been handling legal documents such as Last Will and Testament for my wife and me for many years. When my wife passed away last year, I asked Wendell for help with settling an IRA account that my wife had forgotten to link to a beneficiary. He was immediately helpful, explaining the various options available. After we selected probate as most appropriate, he carefully explained all aspects of the process, guiding me through how to get the personal representative class, summarizing assets, and formal notification (listing in local papers) for creditors, which he took care of. He referred me to another attorney who specialized in estates to help with determining the value of the estate. Additionally, Wendell personally handled communications with the IRA administrators regarding the probated estate so that appropriate paperwork would be completed.
Wendell was always available for my questions and was clearly concerned that the process should be as easy and painless as possible. While probate can take a long time, and this one did, I was never concerned with the process knowing that Wendell was watching it every step of the way. I would highly recommend Wendell as your first contact lawyer.

November 2020 I had a slip and fall, I spoke to a family member, believing that this could have been preventable, he referred me to The Wharton Law Firm, I have never been in this situation before so I contacted the firm. All this happened during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, I received a phone call advising that the attorney wanted to conduct a zoom consultation, during the consultation I advise him of what had taken place on that day, I was then advised that the firm would except my case, I was grateful. Not knowing what to expect, I went to all my doctor visits, obtain any evidence that I could, Andrew kept me up dated on every aspect of the case, if he emailed and stated they needed anything such as medical records, medical bills ect. I was able to obtain them. anytime they call, emailed the first thing they ask was how was I feeling. I woud receive some emails asking certain questions about that day, to clear up a few unanswered questions. Dan Perkins helped plan my parents estate years ago. I lost my Mother in 2019 and my Father passed suddenly during COVID.
