I was recommended to Jeremy November 2017 when a tragic car accident happened and put me out of my sport for some months and i was injured! I was in an accident where I was rear ended in May of 2018 I knew I was hurt because of the impact to my body. I wanted to talk to someone who was aggressive in handling accident cases. I called Winters & Yonker and got connected to Christopher Smith we set an appointment for him to come and meet with me, we discuss the matter without judgement. After explaining the legalities of the matter we were quite honest with each other he took the case and set me up with referrals to see Therapist and Chiropractor. When they weren't working out for me he changed them in my best interest. I later met his staff Susie Mattos, that girl is Amazon Fierce! she took the bull by the horn and made things happen, where there was delays in getting my vehicle fixed Susie with her no-nonsense approached got my vehicle fixed with a Rental in hand (speedily) then when the Insurance Company wanted me to furnished all kinds of extra paperwork she would say don't worry I'll take care of that. Then when I thought the case would take a long time I got a call one Monday morning from my Lawyer Chris, he asked me how I was doing then he said, you don't have to look for anymore paperwork your case is settled that was the best news!
I went to the office about a week later and I asked Susie what happened? how did you get them to change their minds so quickly she said it was no brained I told them your client hit my client. You pay. Everything was handled so professionally from the Meds to the Feds that girl rock!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carl. He has been my Work Comp. attorney since 2009-2010 and worked on my case diligently to get to arbitration in order to keep my medical rights open (after sustaining a severe arm injury and subsequent surgeries beginning in 2005.) Since arbitration, there have been a handful of times over the years where I have needed additional help and support in getting the continued and subsequent medical care I need and to which I am entitled. He has and continues to be nothing but extremely kind, patient, helpful and caring. He is also no-nonsense in his responses to my former employer and their Work Comp. insurance provider, and extremely professional in all interactions. He always takes care of things in a timely (and often very fast) manner, and is honestly just one of the most genuinely personable and caring attorneys I have ever met. I could not continue to “fight” this seemingly never ending battle as a result of my original injury and subsequent surgeries and procedures without him. I honestly would be lost without him.

I broke my ankle in December of 2013 eleven months after having knee replacement surgery. It was, fortunately, the other leg, but it was a bad break, in 2 areas, requiring surgery, hospitalization and a long recovery (14 weeks non weight bearing). It was awful, but the shining light in the whole ordeal was my lawyer, Ron Gluck who took care of everything from start to finish. It was clearly a case where the fault was the restaurant's where I had fallen. Ron negotiated with their insurance company on my behalf and I believe got the very best settlement for me without ever losing or compromising his integrity or mine. I felt like I was in excellent hands from the very beginning of the ordeal. It never went to court as Ron was determined to have the right thing happen in a timely way and not have this dragged out forever with me waiting for the monies he believed I should receive. I knew I was with a quality law firm...he had been recommended by more than one person and I am very glad I never looked any further.
This is not something anyone wants to have happen, but when it does, it is a great feeling to know that there are lawyers you can trust to behave in admirable ways and to work to get deserved compensation.

My husband passed from Covid which he contracted at a business Conference. In California, if a spouse passes due to a Worker’s Compensation injury… The surviving spouse receives $250,000 from the board if the spouse makes less than 30,000 a year! I did not meet the income requirement And therefore did not automatically receive the death benefit. Attorney More negotiated a settlement with the insurance company's attorney. Without Attorney More I would’ve received nothing. Attorney More is a very passionate and considerate man who stands up and fights for what is right!

Got hit by a drunk driver. I think God kept me from dying. While in the emergency room I instinctively asked my wife to call a lawyer. She contacted Andrew the next day.
I was in the hospital about two weeks and after that out of work a good bit.
My health insurance paid the bills, but they kindly told me that they expected to be paid back by the auto insurance and I was glad that Andrew was able to take care of that for me. About a year after the accident Andrew presented me with a rather large check, which made me quite happy.
If this kind of thing happens to you the most important thing to do is always get medical treatment and always follow the doctor’s instructions. Keep track of all the money and time you spend getting medical treatment and let Andrew know how you feel.

Jim is fantastic!!! I would not hesitate to get him again if God forbid, I ever need him again. He was always way on top of everything, got whatever needed to be done completed, answered my phone calls very promptly in emails if not by phone or in person. He has gone way above the call of duty. He claims he is not a miracle worker, but my son and I definitely disagree. He got us way more than we anticipated he would for my sons case. In 2013 I was involved in a severe bicycle accident caused by a motor vehicle. In cases such as this, no matter the evidence, the cards tend to be stacked heavily against the bicyclist. As an avid cyclist himself, Jim was intimately aware of the prejudice that bicyclists must face in the legal world, and took every step to overcome this and make sure that the (very high) costs of my medical treatment were covered by the appropriate parties.
