I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Matt for your great work and patients with me during this process.
I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop light at about 45 miles per hour and injuryed my back.
Matt helped me right from the start with getting the damage for my car taken care of and then directing me in what I needed to do for my physical injuries. He made it simple and understandable to follow and encouraged me to stay patient on those days the pain was unbearable and I just needed to complain to someone beside my wife. If he wasn't immediately available, he would always return a call or shot me an email with an update. Together we were able to get a settlement that we both felt was more than fair.

Our daughter was hit by a car and killed while in a crosswalk. We were fortunate to find Josh to take our case. I could not imagine a more effective attorney. Josh took on all of the details of our case. He recommended a highly competent probate attorney to handle the details of our daughter's estate. His assistant Jessica very effectively managed many of the interface details between his office and the probate attorney's office. We first consulted with Mr. Bruce Bottini in June 2016 as a result of an accident that involved my husband Mitch, and an out of state truck driver. We were unsuccessful at contacting the truck drivers insurance company. My husband required two cervical surgeries and was unable to work for about two months. We had several hundred thousands in medical bills and had exhausted our own insurance. The truck driver was uncooperative and we needed legal representation. Mr Bottini was excellent. After meeting with us in his office, he met us about a week later in the town at the scene of the accident. He brought an accident reconstructionist to verify the general facts, and then spoke with several "witnesses" later that day and the next. It took 3 years to arbitrate this situation, however in that time, he was able to prevent collections from harrassing us, and he brought in an additional lawyer at no cost to us who specialized in trucking cases. That lawyers name is Tim Williams and he is located in Bend, Oregon. The two lawyers worked in tandem to ensure our case was in solid position to be presented in court and at an arbitration. The arbitration was ultimately successful and we felt that we were in excellent hands through the entire process. We felt very fortunate to have both Mr. Bottini and Mr. Williams representing us throughout the entire time. We were very pleased with the outcome and can confidently recommend both Mr. Bottini and Mr. Williams as excellent lawyers that were prepared to take on any situation that could arise in the course of a litigation.

This lawyer saved my life at a very bad time when I sustained a terrible injury. Mr. Adams supported me in every way imaginable. He is a warrior and was able to obtain a large settlement which was much larger than the insurance co wanted to pay. These lawyers have deep roots roots in SE Texas which I think also helped. Gilbert Adams came highly recommended when my mother fell on an unsafe, wet floor at a local restaurant causing head injuries. We decided to put our trust in him. I was referred to Chris from another attorney who basically sold me on my decision by telling me how hard Chris works. How calculated he is with his motions. It's an open canvas that he turns into a Picasso! How dedicated he is to the clients that he chooses to work with. ALL of the recent changes to The Michigan No-Fault Insurance laws affect EVERY driver, as well as the Providers, especially regarding the coverage of medical costs of the catastrophically injured car accident victims.

I was involved in a terrible boating accident and was very hesitant to get an attorney involved. After meeting Brian McKenna, as well as his partners, my wife and I both felt very comfortable going ahead with their team and are very happy we did. They are caring, professional, honest and will do everything they can to obtain a good settlement.
In addition to their expertise, they also provided 3 primary experts for my case, a psychologist, ongoing care consultant, and video expert. Having access to these very competent outside experts was extremely helpful to my case. Brian was always available to answer questions and take strategy suggestions from my wife and I. He didn’t mind any question or suggestion that we threw out. Brian’s communication skills were excellent. In my case, we were very involved and that was alright with Brian. We worked very well together as a team.

I had what some would call a “complicated” case. Which took time to sort out - many years in fact. Sometimes I wouldn’t hear from the office for awhile unless I contacted them first. I do think that this possibly could’ve been handled quicker. But like I said my case was complicated, they moved offices and then COVID - some delays that occurred we’re out of their control. Besides the delays - my encounters with Kevin and his team were always a delight. They were very professional, and took time to answer all my questions. We ended up getting a settlement for what I think I deserved and that was greatly appreciated. Worth all the time in the end. I would recommend them to a friend but hope they improve on regular and timely communication going forward.

I'm grateful to Kevin and his team of paralegals Kyle and Davis who helped us through the whole case. My case was complex however, Kevin and his team were able to resolve my case that started in 2018. During mediation and deposition, Kevin walked us through the whole process and prepared us for what the defense counsel was going to do and say. My case was resolved in mediation and Kevin always listened to our concerns and explained to us what was the best avenue and what to expect. The case was against Geico, and his posture never changed, thanks to that he was able to make Geico triple their initial settlement offer. I do not doubt that without Kevin and his associates Geico would have won even though they mistreated a loyal customer. I would recommend Leipow and Associates to does who need a great litigation firm.
