Carmine was personable, attentive and friendly. Carmine and Julia treated me as a friend as well as a client. I was given timely advice and more than once that advice saved me from making emotional mistakes that could have been damaging to my case. Both Carmine and Julia spent extra time with me explaining how the process works so I could make informed decisions on how to proceed. I never had a cell phone before the divorce and Julia offered to help me with the basics of using the phone.

Stephen Waldman was highly recommended by a close family friend, after my son had received a serious injury to his knee following an auto accident when a car came through a red light and totaled our car. I was concerned that after his initial medical treatment my son's knee was still not 100% healed, Stephen advised us to see an orthopedic specialist to get a second opinion and the specialist indicated that a further course of treatment was required.
During the process of presenting a claim to the insurance company, which accepted liability, Stephen Waldman was very professional and always kept us informed as to what was happening with our claim. He has great communication skills and it was always a pleasure to talk to him or answer the odd email.
My son has now fully recovered from his injury. The initial settlement offered by the insurance company admitting liability was declined as the injury was more serious than originally anticipated. An improved settlement offer was then accepted and my son will now have some money that he can use for college etc. after his 18th. birthday.
I am very happy with what Stephen has done for my son, without him my son would have received nothing. I highly recommend Stephen Waldman to anyone requiring the services of an excellent lawyer.

I was involved in a slip fall accident. I contacted a local law firm that specializes in helping women according to their website. I was asking for my medical bills to be paid since I broke my wrist and needed a metal plate and had surgery to repair my wrist with an orthopedic surgeon. Needless to say, the law firm that I contracted had many issues and did not file necessary paperwork due to personnel issues. During this time I had many lawyers leave the firm and a new one assigned to my case over a 4 year period. Mr. Bennett was assigned to my case and finally got the bill rolling. The issues with the firm continued and when Mr. Bennett also decided to leave the firm, I elected to keep him as my lawyer since he was the only one so far that made progress on my case. What a great decision! Mr. Bennett proved to be persistent, knowledgeable and dedicated to seeing my case through the negotiations and was able to secure my medical bills paid in full. He even waived his fee for me because of the amount of time I had been involved with the prior law firm and felt I had been treated unfairly for enough time. He is a wonderful attorney who works hard for his clients. I know if I ever need an attorney again, he will be the one I call.

Jeffs has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. Not long ago I was hit by a driver that was texting and she ran a red light and collided with me leaving me with a severely broken arm. Jeff took it to task to help me. Jeffrey Adelman and staff are the most professional, caring and successful law firm for Personal Injury that I know in Coral Springs! I had a car accident in July 2013. After many doctors, testing, MRI's, etc. Jeffrey decided to pull a trick out of his bag of tricks. Since he was familiar with the co. we were suing, and had filed the lawsuit to go to court, he suggested an early mediation before the Holidays. I thought that was a great idea, to avoid going to trial and settle earlier. The attorney for the Defendant, the insurance co. was a trip. Not very presentable, and a bit nasty. But Jeffrey prepped me in advanced, and warned me that this was not the 'usual' attorney..... So glad he did so I put on my poker face. In the mediation (great mediator btw), after the other attorney tried to belittle me and my injuries, I mentioned why I chose not to have certain treatments, which I thought would affect my health in a very bad way due to the fact that I was allergic to it! That changed the entire case. To my amazement, we were able to settle the case on the spot, I did not deviate from what I wanted, and they agreed!
But the most incredible thing about Jeffrey, is that he KEEPS HIS WORD! His word is his bond. He does whatever it takes to settle, and makes arrangements with the docs, etc. to pay off the bills to make sure his clients get what they deserve. I was very happy with my settlement. It took a little bit over a year, but I was very happy. I highly recommend Jeff Adelman and staff. You can count on them to have your back...literally! Thank you so much Jeffrey for making a difference in my family's life and mine. I am forever grateful. I hope I don't need you anytime soon, but if I did, you will be my first call! Thanks again.

I hired Robert Klein to represent me when I was rear-ended by another driver, totaling my vehicle and causing me injury. Mr. Klein and his assistant Jenny took the time to go over every piece of paper and how the law was applicable to my case, and advised me on the best way to move forward after things started looking grim. Keith NEVER left any stone unturned when he handled our case. He was bold like a lion, aggressive like a tiger. One day, when he had to meet a dateline, he drove over 300 miles round trip so that the filling could be done. On another occasion he risked arrest to make sure that our voice could be heard. Our case needed multiple appeals and he went through them without bothering us with the details. We needed somebody to speak for us and he more than accomplished that for us. He was a good listener whose ultimate goal was to do what we wanted. His co-counsel, Sarah, despite the fact that she was a young female, apparently learned well from him because she was as aggressive, effective and efficient as he was. We totally appreciated and their well organized and well seasoned tandem operations. Our case took a couple of years and they were NEVER tired of us or showed any type of resentment, fatigue or unwillingness to fight on. They always welcome our input and worked toward our goal. During the process, we learned a lot about the law and how some of the tenets of law are interpreted. In other words, they educated us on what the outcomes might be and what our expectations should be. We became informed clients which helped our working relationship. By the time the case was over, we were like family to them because of the professional way they handled everything and the way they treated us with courtesy and dignity. Our opponents got to respect us and the experience changed the way they conducted their business. This was not the only case we had with the opponent but this set the tone and has tremendously influenced the way the other cases are unfolding. When I met Keith the first time, I told him that I wanted him to give us a voice. At the end, he gave us more than a voice. He gave us a platform, he gave us power that we never knew we had, he gave me freedom to be able to look our enemies right in the face and tell him exactly how we feel about them. The education we got from Keith and Sarah has propelled us in to a place we never knew we dare dream to be. The crowning moment came last year when my niece was deposed by one of the attorneys in another segment of the case. The attorney told her: you should seriously consider going to Law School. I believe you would make a formidable attorney. That was nothing short of the training she got from both attorneys of the Pearson Law firm. We love them, have kept in touch with them since the case ended. We unreservedly recommend them to anybody who needs a well seasoned attorney who would handle their case or cases as if that was their only case. One thing I know is the fact that they will leave there much more educated than they got in. We will not hesitate to reach out again to them if we needed other representation. It might help to know that their office was at least 180 miles from my home. That, in itself shows the obstacle that we had to overcome throughout our interactions. Believe me, that much distance never slowed down the process or affected the thoroughness of their work. As I look back now, I can't help but thank God that our paths crossed and we were privileged to have the luxury of dealing with such fine people.

I cannot say enough about Rons professional ability. My case was a modification of alimony.
As soon as he heard details of my case he said he believed I had a good one. In fact he had just won a similar case. So he went to work. At his recommendation, we hired a forensic accountant which was a great idea, so that Ron could focus on the law and the accountant could crunch the numbers!!
We ended up going to trial, and his preparation and delivery was amazing. He methodically delivered the facts of the case. His exams of all witnesses were incredible.
All along he worked to keep me calm and confident.
His paralegal Jamie was so understanding and patient with me during the whole process.
So bottom line, alimony was "modified " to zero!!! After negotiation with opposing counsel I didnt have to pay opposing counsel legal fees. And finally I could sleep at night because he negotiated that there would be no appeal. His outcome was 3 for 3 in decisions and negotiations.
Thus I give Ron my highest recommendation. Let him review your case.

Jon is representing me for my Workers Comp claim. I am by far not easy to work with. Jon takes the time to listen to me and let me whine about my problems.
