I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I searched the internet and came across " The Law Office of Kenneth Mollins". After reading the awesome reviews , I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he assured me that he will keep fighting until I got the best deal available. He kept fighting for me until I walked away with an offer of no points on my license, a traffic ticket, and a reasonable amount of time to pay it. I highly recommend their Law Office because they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, affordable and they patiently address any questions or concerns you may have as a client. They will always be my go to Law Firm.

David Schachter helped me thru my case against Amanda love.. he literally destroyed her, I’ve never met anyone so proud on what he does. The way he switches gears is incredible. He goes from being nice and friendly but once he steps into that court room he goes into attack mode during trial.. he is a surgeon in civil law, THE ART OF WAR! He keeps this book right next to you while seated in his office. While being counseled he goes straight to the point with you. I will always recommend David Schachter to any person looking for an attorney .. hands down best lawyer in Savannah or should I’ll say south east GA.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Karen Taylor over at Atlanta Personal Injury & Law. In my accident I was hit unexpectedly while stationary at a stop light, resulting in critical damage to my vehicle and long term damage to my physical health. I can’t tell you how many lawyers I have contacted and how many consultations I paid. I went from big firms to lawyers here on Avvo with a lot of reviews, contacted some that were recommended. and in the end I landed on Kirstyn Palmisano.
Let me tell you, she was very responsive, attentive and answered all of my questions in such a caring and observant manner that I knew I wanted her and her team to represent me.
I have a high conflict divorce, but Kirstyn and her team walked me through all of the steps and helped me feel safe and taken care of. I feel very confident and reassured having Kirstyn and her team representing me, guiding me through the legal process and stayed focus on protecting the best interest for me and my child. I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Williams and her amazing team of women. I had a scary ex who had walked all over me in the state we lived before and my previous lawyers did not have my back and had written up horrible orders that gave my ex the ability to mess with my daughters life to try and hurt me. Ms. Williams nipped that right in the butt and got us new orders written up that protected me and my daughter. On top of that she was able to finally put him in his place and get us tie breaker. Something we have never been able to have in my daughter’s entire life. My previous lawyer I had to baby sit and I had to fight for my daughter in court while this lawyer stood by and watched my cry. my experience with Ms. Williams was the complete opposite. She had my back the entire time and I am eternally grateful and will contact her if we ever need her again.

I reached out to Cari for legal assistance after my ex-husband served me with demands for an out-of-state visitation agreement for our teenage daughter. At the time, I had full physical/legal custody and my daughter was against the proposed travel schedule.

I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

After leaving two different lawyers, I literally needed to pray to God for helping me to find a responsible lawyer! Melissa is His answer for me. First of all, Melissa respects her profession - she realizes that it is a SERVICE to the clients that many lawyers do not realize nowadays. She reads, analyze, and remembers the information so that she does not need the client to re-tell the stories over and over again. Many lawyers nowadays would just refuse to share the headspace to keep their clients' information, so the clients have to pay to re-tell the information over and over again. She presents the facts accurately in court and manages to capture the judge's attention and respect. Her staff are friendly and professional. While all these are great legal services, there is something that Melissa does as well - she cares! She actually cares about the clients and makes the effort to provide more information so that she can empower the clients to make their own decisions. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced.
