The anxiety of going through a DWI process is almost unbearable and embarrassing. Jason Reece was referred to me from another reputable attorney and I am grateful that he became my counsel. The process was exceptional from start to finish and he got right to work after my initial phone consultation. Between him and his office I was regularly informed, and they were quick in response to all emails and phone calls. Although it is important to be prepared for worst case scenario and the high probability of conviction rate in these cases, he thoroughly reviewed my file and developed a defense. At trial he found many inconsistencies with the state's case and filed multiple motions. He was patient then went after the state like a "rabid dog" is what I called him. The case was ultimately dismissed, and I could not be more pleased. Jason knows his craft and is one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever met. I would recommend him to anyone. Bronson and his staff are straightforward, diligent, pleasant, honest, and reliable. They made the process of obtaining treatment for mine and my minor daughter’s injuries seamless.
One of the things that stands out the most in Harker is that they truly equip clients with tools necessary to make educated case and care decisions. Alba, Erica, and the team are highly competent and skilled negotiators who understand the ins and outs of working with insurance. Archana Srivastava, Esq. is a wonderful lawyer. She has helped me navigate custody issues with a difficult ex husband. I wish I had taken the advice she gave me in several instances. While on vacation in Boston, I was falsely accused of a serious crime, arrested, and faced with felony charges.
After spending the night in jail, I was assigned a public defender who was entirely unfamiliar with my case. Unfortunately, not only was this public defender incompetent, but he also lacked the appropriate credentials to handle a case of such seriousness.
I was facing a minimum of five years in prison, and my bail was set at $60,000. The public defender made no effort to fight for me. He didn't attempt to have my bail reduced or identify any weaknesses in the case against me. Instead, he simply agreed with the prosecutor and judge, and I was sent back to jail.
After three nights in jail, my family informed me that they had hired a criminal defense attorney named Paul Moraski, who would be visiting me in a couple of days.
