In my 10 years of working with business attorneys, Oz has been the best one so far. He is unique in that he spends a lot of time educating business owners. I've never met an attorney who spends their valuable time mentoring and guiding business owners to make the right decisions. A female business owner who I referred to Oz was looking to own a franchise. After speaking with Oz, and learning the pros and cons from him, she decided not to purchase this franchise. That right there is incredible generous work by Oz. Most business attorneys get right down to business and contracts, but not Oz. He talks to you.

I absolutely MUST take the time to express my deep gratitude for the amazing services that were rendered by Attorney Lennon and her incredible paralegal Hannah Garcia. I filed for divorce from my husband in August 2023 and I hired counsel in July 2023 to guide me through this process. I was so unhappy with the initial counsel I hired and truly felt like I was being forced to settle for terms that I was uncomfortable with and not being advocated for, which was both really scary and disheartening. Samantha's knowledge of local experts around restricted stock valuation and other nuances proved to be very helpful so I did not have to solicit those views on my own. I cannot say enough how wonderful Attorney Miller handle my very difficult divorce. Having no experience in legal matters, I found Dan patient in explaining everything to me as well as having a very calming, confident demeanor which I found was very reassuring.
He is very knowledgeable, experienced and detail oriented and nothing got by him no matter what the opposing attorney put in front of him. Dan cares about his clients and their children and wants the best for them.
