I worked with Matt and Ana on a divorce case that was supposed to be quick and straightforward, but the other party made it incredibly challenging, as expected. Despite numerous obstacles, including the other party joining the Army and refusing service multiple times, Ana never gave up. She consistently strategized and found ways to move the process forward. Not sure if I can find any words to describe Caroline as my exceptional and talented family lawyer. First I had contract with a very famous and named firm in San Francisco which was not a good experience and only brought me more anxiety, stress and confusion plus unnecessary charges without any explanation or improvement in my case. I was devastated till after 4 months of my divorce process, one of my best friend introduced Caroline to me. Believe or not , with first free consultation phone call, I fee secured and safe. I learned the most during that 30 min phone call which I never learned or get cleared information with my first Firm in first four months. She is very honest, knowledgeable, talented and smart. She always two steps ahead. She is very responsible and quick. You feel safe with her and you know she is always available if you need. She loves her job and she cares about her clients. She doesn’t look at Family law as business , instead she cares about her client’s both emotional and financial matters which are both very sensitive and important during divorce process. I hired Phil McCurdy to represent me after Firing my previous attorney, two years into a lawsuit. My previous attorney acted in a way that would make you think he was working for the other side. Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.
