I called Saeed and explained my traffic ticket; unlike the other lawyers who wanted me to hire them immediately and pay them up front. Saeed advised me that my traffic ticket was a simple expiry of tag and that i should be able to pay the fine without paying thousands to any lawyer. He was more of a physician watching out for the best interest of his client instead of a businessman looking out for the best for himself. I can not thank him enough for giving the best advice in a simple and understandable language. I highly recommend Saeed for his principles and practise of law.

Saeed is a fantastic attorney and just a genuinely caring guy. His office is in a very nice area, and conveniently located. He spent more time with me than I've ever experienced from an attorney, and he was quick to find answers to all my questions. He handled my case extremely efficiently, and even made me laugh a couple times.
I'd recommend Mr. Mahallati to anyone. I actually picked up a stack of his cards because lawyers like him will actually give lawyers a good name.
Also, he speaks various languages. If you're in the market for a Persian / Iranian speaking attorney, then he's your guy.

I was facing a driving while suspended charges and Cristian came on top by getting my charges dismissed. Prior to the case Cristian was very trustworthy and honest with being very informative. Along the way I came into several personal problems and became difficult to contact Cristian and i almost ended up loosing his representation due to not a paying off my remaining balance. I was in a pinch. I mean I was in a lot of trouble. I went to talk to the DA without a lawyer and it was horrible. I hired Chris and he worked miracles, but what makes him so good is, that I thought I had a great deal and was happy as could be. It wasn’t good enough for him though. What John Barrett did for me is barely something I can describe in a small review box to be frank. I went to him in somewhat of a frantic and panic state and needed help and thats exactly what he did. We filed for modification of custody for my daughter in a case that legally seemed impossible but for my daughter and I was the most important thing in the world and Mr. Barrett realized and never gave up on us. I had Jay Smith and my husbands attorney Randy Grimes was really taking advantage. I went to the courthouse and asked the secretary who beats Grimes...she secretly showed me three names. All women. I said now who is the bulldog out of the three and she circled teresas name. Teresa was considerate to my situation ... she saw and knew the tricks of my exes attorney. She beat him on a regular basis and I am so happy that I changed from Smith to Duffin!!! God bless Teresa I love her to death!

Lynn is an excellent lawyer! I met her after I was divorced. My ex wanted to pay less child support. She got me more than I imagined and even got my portion of my kids college deceased, my ex is paying most of it.

Jeanne represented me in a high complex child support case. I been working with Jeanne since 2012 and I was very very satisfied with the outcome of things. She looked out for me and made sure things turned out the way I wanted and also the best interest for my son. Jeanne was the counselor for my divorce from start to finish spanning 3 & 1/2 years. She represented me during multiple court dates and legal actions. I never felt that she advised me to take any unnecessary or adversarial legal actions throughout my divorce. But she does respond appropriately to aggressive actions taken by other parties. Because Jeanne specializes in family law, she is very knowledgeable about all aspects. I have not found this to be the case with attorneys who do not specialize in one area. Her fees are reasonable for the profession.

Mark has been an incredible lawyer. He always puts my kids first; when I am not sure what is best for them, he gently spells out the probable outcomes of all of the choices in front of me and almost always comes up with one or two others that I did not see. Mark gives me all the information I need to make decisions and points me in the direction he believes will be best, but he always makes sure to tell me that all decisions are mine to make in the end. One of my favorite things about Mark is that he urges me to grow in my dealings with court and with my ex. For example, he recently saved me over $600 by convincing me that I could successfully argue my case in front of the master without him. Obviously, this is in my best interest, not his. This is just one example of why Mark rates so high on the scale of trustworthiness. I would recommend Mark without hesitation. In fact, I would say that you would be foolish to choose another attorney.

If you have a divorce or custody situation, you MUST retain this guy. I had two very bad experiences with family law attorneys (had never hired one before) and Joe completely turned my case around. I always had a negative view of attorneys. When I retained Pollock Begg and Joe became my lawyer, I realized that there are attorneys who will respond to your calls, address your concerns and be an aggressive advocate on your behalf. Although Joe has only been practicing for a short period of time, he makes up for it in his dedication to his clients and his preparedness.

I needed an attorney for a divorce proceeding and several years later, a child custody issue. Ms. Newman was very generous with her time in explaining to me the various steps that needed to be taken and in keeping me informed as to the progress of my legal issues. She was easily accessable by phone for a quick question, or if she was out of the office, she always returned calls promptly. Although my divorce took longer than I would have liked due to my ex-husband's refusal to cooperate in any way, Ms. Newman kept things moving forward. When issues cropped up after the divorce was finalized, she continued to be accessable and supportive as needed. Some years later, an emergency child custody issue arose. I again contacted Amy, and she immediately got the issue resolved in court. She is very well versed in all areas of family law, including adoptions. I have referred both family and friends to her as needed and will continue to do so.

My experience with attorneys has not always been good. In going through my divorce I had to fire my first attorney because she failed to meet deadlines and didn't have the acuity to grasp the intricacies of my case. My case was complex, involved the control of a business and we were facing unscrupulous opposition who had no problem perjuring themselves multiple times.
Once I hired Ben things changed. Billing was honest and reasonable. Ben handled himself well in multiple hearings against a barrage of misinformation.
I wish Ben had been the first attorney I hired. It would have saved me a lot of money. Ben was able to grasp the right legal argument at the right time in order show the judge the information and the precedents that would guide his decisions.
My divorce is now final. I kept control of the business and reached an acceptable settlement. The settlement became possible only because opposing counsel was not successful in selling their position to the judge.
Opposing counsel told my X to settle because she wasn't going to trial. It was a long drawn out process because what opposing counsel was asking for was not reasonable and they were distorting the facts.
Part of opposing counsels strategy was to cause me so much financial pain I would pay anything to stop the bleeding. It was only through Ben's competence and integrity that I was able to survive the process.
I give Ben my highest recommendation that is backed up with the war stories to prove his legal skills.

I was highly encouraged to engage Krista Mancuso pending a divorce with children involved. I was hesitant and discouraged to do so from opposing party. But I am so thankful I did! I have had Kay as my family law attorney since 2009 and she has been the most amazing advocate and supporter. As a father I was under the mistaken belief that my rights as a father were subservient to my ex-wife's rights as a mother. Kay completely transformed my opinion with exceptional legal knowledge and explanations. Whether in emails, phone calls, or in-person meetings, she is always providing me with the best legal knowledge.
Two recent cases come to mind. My divorce decree (which I hadn't had a lawyer review!) gave me less-than what I was legally entitled under Texas Law. Kay helped me pursue a modification to grant me Expanded Standard Possession. Based on being a great father she said I would have absolutely no difficulties winning this. She attempted to negotiate directly with my ex-wife's attorney, but unfortunately my ex-wife's attorney was more interested in padding the bill and delayed and delayed and wouldn't respond to emails or calls from Kay. She also attempted trickery to keep the case from moving forward. We just met roadblock after roadblock with my ex's lawyer. Finally we get a court day and her lawyer attempts to get the case dismissed on a technicality, even though Kay was certain we'd had an agreement. The judge was pissed with her attorney and denied the motion, but time had run out on our slot so he sent us to mediation. 1.5 years after it all began we got to mediation and the mediator (a former judge in the very court we'd been in earlier) told my ex-wife point-bland "If this goes to court, your husband is going to get everything he's asking for, so you'd be best advised to settle this here." Which was exactly what Kay had told me 1.5 years before (and I had told my ex 1.5 years before). If my ex's lawyer had been like Kay, it would have been resolved in 20 minutes.
The second case was when my son turned 12 and decided he wanted to live with me. Again Kay gave me great advice, even way back when he asked when he was 11 and Kay said, "Nothing we can do now, wait until he's 12. Call me in a year and we can start." How awesome is that?? A shady lawyer would have found some excuse to start billing me, but Kay is not like that. Now that my son is 12 Kay's work has been stellar. I am so happy with her work and support. She is very cost conscious and always looks for ways to keep the bill to a minimum. Added to that, her billable rate is relatively low. For the quality of the service, her billable rate is an absolute steal!! She explained to me exactly how the court looks at situations like this and how they would likely rule (in our favor!) based on our circumstances. I know if the circumstances weren't in our favor she'd say, "Save your money, you can't win this one."
She is an exceptional family lawyer; kind, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend her.

My greatest satisfaction in working with Kay is her responsiveness to my case. I've worked with attorneys in the past that return calls whenever they please, if at all. Kay is not like that; she took a very personal interest in my case and was a true ally. Further, her knowledge of family law is excellent, plus she has the backing of other "specialist" attorneys in her firm, which proves to be extremely important.
