Anthony Laramore was referred to me by one of his collegues and now I know why his college sent the referral. I have had several questions regarding a legal issue with a past employee. Attorney Darrell Robinson was not only my ex-husband, but he was a great attorney. He has actually represented me on two civil cases and I received a verdict in my favor both times. There is one thing I could say about him...he was a powerhouse in the court room. He built several strong relationships with officials in several jurisdictions. He would always give everything he had in making sure the outcome was in his client's favor. Attorney Darrell Robinson passed away in 2022. I will forever be grateful.

Hey I’m writing this review in reference to an outstanding phenomenal attorney Darrel Robinson!!! I met Darrel by chance and I can honestly say it has been one of my best relationships yet. Wow! We met by coincidence and he was the very man that I needed. He is naturally confident and assertive for one thing, like most attorneys I’ve seen, but he is just the same on the floor: telling qualities of a master at his craft. I am a natural skeptic, so I appreciated most his knowledge of the law and my rights; but, his forthright honesty about the outcome is what earned my immediate respect. More to the point, remember the saying, “He acts as his own lawyer, and has a fool for a client?” I was that guy. I also witnessed the day of my sentencing, slack jawed and horrified, what happens to that guy, for a jailable offense; with the right judge, on the wrong day *cringe.* Then I witnessed, immediately afterwards, what happens when you have a good attorney...... Good defense, good results. THEN, there was us. Attorney Robinson is respected, connected and downright brilliant. Ten minutes in, I was out - free to cry myself all the way to bible study, having been both blessedly unburdened and deeply humbled. Unbelievable. I rest my case.

When a member of our immediate family called us from jail, we were completely bewildered and didn't know where to turn. Not only was this our first experience with the criminal justice system, but our family member was out of state. We didn't know any lawyers in Georgia, but after an exhaustive search, we were very fortunate to find Tom Church.
Tom was with us every step of the way, beginning with successfully obtaining bail, and concluding with a positive result and no jail time. Needless to say, we are all relieved and grateful!

Tom Church gave me my life back! I was convicted of a very serious crime almost four years ago that would have resulted in a lifelong hardship and very little chance of living a normal life of any kind. With little hope, I contacted Mr. Church to see if there was ANYTHING he could do to make my life just a little less painful. Without hesitation, he knew exactly how to handle my situation. Tom quickly wrote up a motion, set a hearing date, and successfully had my original conviction withdrawn and changed to a lesser charge. The new charge allowed me to have first offender, meaning after probation all charges would be expunged and my records sealed. Next, he filed a motion to have my probation sentence terminated early. Tom found a way to have my case heard virtually, even with the COVID restrictions. While in court, Tom knocked it out of the park. His outstanding work and line of questioning quickly convinced the judge to terminate my ten-year probation after serving less than four years. The judge and ADA were so impressed with his professionalism that they took a significant amount of time out of my hearing to personally thank him and even encouraged him to handle more cases in my county! Thanks to Tom I now have a promising future and a CLEAN RECORD. Tom answered every one of my emails promptly and truly cared about my case and my endless questions. Even after his work with me was done, Tom continued to help me with lingering issues that were far beyond the scope of our contract. You cannot do better than Tom Church if you find yourself in a hopeless legal situation. No need to keep searching for the right attorney, Tom is as good as it gets. I am eternally grateful for Janaan and the service she provided with helping me get 2 criminal records expunged and 1 sealed. I consulted with many attorneys before contacting Janaan and always left those conversations feeling hopeless. This was not the case with Janaan. When she and I met, she understood my needs and thoroughly explained the process and laws as it pertained to my situation. She was consistent with providing updates and was always reassuring. As the world was halted by the pandemic, Janaan was still very diligent with moving the process along when she was permitted to do so and was still able to complete the process in a very reasonable timeframe.

The death of my mother was very hard in many ways, but the loss of my stepfather/ Dad of 30yrs was devastating to say the least. I truly thought nothing could be worse. Then my step siblings and his ex-wife decided to try to make me and my nephew into thief's and horrible people.
I never would have believed that the court's would have allowed this whole thing to go as far as it did. Allegations and blatant lies, not proof, but it did.
If it hadn't been for Davis and Doug I honestly think they might have gotten away with it, since I'm a step daughter, FYI: Stepdaughter I found to be something of a "bad thing" automatically.
Thank you for listening and fighting for us. Thank you for not allowing my dad to be misrepresented as well, even though that was a byproduct, I know he would be thankful as well.

Dan is the Man (as an Attorney)! Plain and simple. I had two city charges (DV and Resisting Arrest) against me that was ongoing with another defense Attorney. The prosecution was absolutely stagnant for nearly 2 years, and I did not believe our initial Attorney was a good fit anymore to get the job done. A family member recommended Dan Fiorito instead. I switched to Dan mid-prosecution. He took over and shortly thereafter got the DV charge officially dismissed. I then took the Resisting Arrest charge to trial and Dan won my case after a full 3-day trial. His courtroom skill was levels above that of the City Prosecutor. The Jury unanimously acquitted me, believing in Dan's convincing arguments over our opposition. I plan to seek Dan's help in pursuing a Civil action against the city as well.
To say Dan was the right choice as my Attorney is an understatement. He was the perfect choice. His demeanour is caring, professional, and very pragmatic. My family and I highly recommend anyone choosing Dan as their Attorney for both Criminal and Civil matters. You will feel like you have the best representation in a crowded courtroom. I did!
